المخابرات الأمريكية تعتقد أن ولي العهد السعودي أمر بقتل خاشقجي
وكالات – قالت مصادر مطلعة إن وكالة المخابرات المركزية الأمريكية تعتقد أن ولي العهد السعودي الأمير محمد بن سلمان أمر بقتل الصحفي جمال خاشقجي في اسطنبول مما يعقد جهود الرئيس دونالد ترامب للحفاظ على العلاقات مع حليف رئيسي للولايات المتحدة.
وأضافت المصادر يوم الجمعة أن الوكالة أطلعت جهات أخرى بالحكومة الأمريكية، بينها الكونجرس، على استنتاجها الذي يتناقض مع تأكيدات الحكومة الأمريكية بعدم تورط الأمير محمد في هذا الأمر.
ويمثل ما توصلت إليه وكالة المخابرات المركزية الأمريكية، الذي كانت صحيفة واشنطن بوست أول من نقله، أوضح تقييم أمريكي حتى الآن يربط الأمير محمد بهذه الجريمة بشكل مباشر.
ورفضت السفارة السعودية في واشنطن تقييم المخابرات المركزية الأمريكية.
وقالت متحدثة باسم السفارة في بيان إن ”المزاعم الواردة في هذا التقييم المزعوم غير صحيحة. لقد سمعنا وما زلنا نسمع نظريات مختلفة دون أن نرى الأسس الرئيسية لهذه التكهنات“.
وقال مايك بنس نائب الرئيس الأمريكي لصحفيين مرافقين له خلال زيارة لبابوا غينيا الجديدة إنه لا يستطيع التعليق على معلومات سرية.
وتابع ”قتل جمال خاشقجي كان عملا وحشيا. وكان إساءة أيضا للصحافة الحرة والمستقلة والولايات المتحدة عازمة على محاسبة كل المسؤولين عن هذه الجريمة“.
وكان ترامب ومسؤولون كبار في إدارته قد قالوا إنه يجب محاسبة السعودية على أي ضلوع في مقتل خاشقجي، لكنهم أكدوا أيضا على أهمية التحالف بين الولايات المتحدة والسعودية.
وقال مسؤولون أمريكيون إن السعودية، وهي مورد رئيسي للنفط، تلعب دورا مهما في مواجهة ما يعتبرونه دورا ضارا تلعبه إيران في المنطقة. وقال ترامب مرارا إنه لا يريد تعريض مبيعات الأسلحة للمملكة للتهديد.
وبينما فرضت إدارة ترامب عقوبات يوم الخميس على 17 سعوديا لدورهم في مقتل خاشقجي، يعتقد كثير من المشرعين أن على الولايات المتحدة اتخاذ موقف أكثر صرامة. وستعزز النتائج التي توصلت إليها وكالة المخابرات الأمريكية على الأرجح هذا الرأي.
وقُتل خاشقجي، الذي كان ينتقد الحكومة السعودية وكاتب مقالات في صحيفة واشنطن بوست، داخل القنصلية السعودية باسطنبول في الثاني من أكتوبر تشرين الأول بعدما توجه إليها للحصول على وثائق يحتاجها للزواج من خطيبته التركية.
وقاوم خاشقجي ضغوطا من الرياض ليعود إلى المملكة. وقال مسؤولون سعوديون إن فريقا من 15 سعوديا أُرسل لمواجهة خاشقجي في القنصلية وإنه قُتل بالخطأ في شجار على يد رجال كانوا يحاولون إجباره على العودة.
عقوبة الإعدام
يقول مسؤولون أتراك إن قتل خاشقجي كان متعمدا ويضغطون على السعودية لتسليم المسؤولين عنه ليمثلوا أمام القضاء التركي. واتهم مستشار للرئيس التركي رجب طيب أردوغان الرياض يوم الخميس بمحاولة التستر على الجريمة.
ويسعى مكتب النائب العام السعودي لإنزال عقوبة الإعدام على خمسة من المتهمين في قضية مقتل خاشقجي. وقال شلعان الشلعان وكيل النيابة العامة السعودية للصحفيين يوم الخميس إن ولي العهد الأمير محمد بن سلمان، الذي يعد الحاكم الفعلي للمملكة، لم يكن يعلم شيئا بشأن العملية التي تمت فيها تجزئة جثة خاشقجي وإخراجها من القنصلية.
ويشكك مسؤولون أمريكيون في أن الأمير محمد لم يكن على علم بخطط قتل خاشقجي، نظرا لنفوذه بالسعودية.
وكانت صحيفة واشنطن بوست قد نقلت عن أشخاص مطلعين على هذا الأمر قولهم إن ما توصلت إليه وكالة المخابرات المركزية الأمريكية مبني جزئيا على اتصال هاتفي أجراه الأمير خالد بن سلمان شقيق الأمير محمد وسفير السعودية بواشنطن مع خاشقجي.
وأضافت الصحيفة أن الأمير خالد أبلغ خاشقجي بضرورة ذهابه إلى القنصلية السعودية باسطنبول للحصول على الوثائق التي يحتاجها وقدم له تأكيدات بأنه لن يمسه أذى.
وقالت الصحيفة نقلا عن أشخاص على دراية بهذه المكالمة إنه لم يتضح ما إذا كان الأمير خالد كان يعرف أن خاشقجي سيُقتل ولكنه أجرى هذا الاتصال بناء على توجيهات شقيقه.
وكتب الأمير خالد على تويتر يوم الجمعة أن آخر اتصال أجراه مع خاشقجي كان عن طريق رسالة نصية في 26 أكتوبر تشرين الأول 2017 قبل عام تقريبا من موت خاشقجي.
وقال ”لم أتحدث معه مطلقا من خلال الهاتف وبالتأكيد لم اقترح عليه الذهاب إلى تركيا لأي سبب. أطلب من الحكومة الأمريكية نشر أي معلومات تتعلق بهذا الادعاء“.
وقالت واشنطن بوست إن وكالة المخابرات المركزية الأمريكية فحصت أيضا مكالمة من داخل القنصلية السعودية في اسطنبول بعد قتل خاشقجي.
ونقلت الصحيفة عن أشخاص استمعوا لمكالمة أجراها ماهر مطرب، وهو مسؤول أمني كثيرا ما شوهد بجوار الأمير محمد، بسعود القحطاني، وهو من كبار مساعدي الأمير محمد، ليبلغه بأن العملية تمت.
