القضاء الأمريكي يعيد الصحفي المطرود من البيت الأبيض وترامب يتوعد بطرده مجددا

توعد الرئيس الأميركي دونالد ترامب مراسل شبكة سي إن إن جيم أكوستا بالطرد من البيت الأبيض في حال “أساء التصرف”، وذلك في أول رد فعل له على قرار محكمة بإعادة أوراق اعتماد الصحفي.

ففي مقابلة مع برنامج “فوكس نيوز صنداي”، الجمعة، اعتبر ترامب في بادئ الأمر أن قرار المحكمة “أمر جيد، لا يمثل مشكلة كبيرة”، لكنه استدرك مهددا أكوستا:” إذا أساء التصرف فسوف نطرده. أو سنوقف المؤتمر الصحفي.”

وأعلن قاضي الدائرة، تيموثي كيلي، قراره، بعد مطالبة شبكة “سي إن إن” بإعادة أوراق اعتماد أكوستا، بينما تمضي قضية بشأن إلغائها قدما.

وإثر ذلك، أعلن البيت الأبيض موافقته على إعادة اعتماد أكوستا بشكل مؤقت. وفي حيثيات حكمه، قال القاضي إن البيت الأبيض بحاجة إلى وضع قواعد للسلوك لأعضاء السلك الصحفي.

وقال ترامب “إن موظفيه يعملون حاليًا على “قواعد اللياقة”، وأضاف “لا يمكنك الاستمرار في طرح الأسئلة”، في إشارة إلى أن أكوستا منع المراسلين الآخرين من طرح أسئلتهم في المؤتمر الصحفي الذي شهد تلاسنا بين الرئيس والصحفيين.

وكان مراسل الشبكة لدى البيت الأبيض، اشتبك مرارا مع ترامب ومسؤولة الإعلام، سارة ساندرز، في مؤتمرات صحفية على مدار العامين الماضيين، ما دفع البيت الأبيض لسحب تصريح الدخول منه في إجراء غير مسبوق بعد التراشق مع ترامب.

 

 

وخلال السجال الأخير، خاطب ترامب أكوستا قائلا: “أنت وقح جدا وشخص فظيع”، وذلك ردا على رفض الصحفي إعادة الميكروفون بعدما طرح أسئلة عدة.

وانتقدت وسائل الإعلام موقف ترامب، وأشار الكثيرون إلى أن ذلك يعد انتهاكا للتعديل الأول في الدستور الذي ينص على حرية الصحافة.

وقال ترامب في المقابلة:” لا أحد يؤمن بالتعديل الأول أكثر مني”، لكن “إذا تصرف أحد بشكل ما على هذا النحو، سأغادر القاعة”، متابعا:”سأقول: شكراً جزيلاً لكم جميعًا ، شكراً جزيلاً لكم على حضوركم ، وسأرحل”.

والعلاقة بين “سي إن إن” وترامب متوترة منذ أشهر، ولا يتوقف الرئيس الأميركي عن التنديد بالشبكة، معتبرا أنها تجسد “الأخبار المضللة”.

وأشارت جمعية صحفيي البيت الأبيض، إلى أنها “تدعم بقوة” شبكة “سي إن إن” في هذه القضية، معتبرة أن منع أكوستا من دخول البيت الأبيض “يشكل رد فعل غير متكافئ على أحداث الأربعاء”.

وأكدت الجمعية أنه “ليس من حق رئيس الولايات المتحدة أن يختار الرجال أو النساء الذي يغطون أنشطته”.
