بحضور رئيسة الحملة الوطنية «أنت تستحق التكريم» الشيخة انتصار الصباح وصاحبة متحف «ولد السيف» نياف السليطي ولفيف من الشخصيات المرموقة في المجتمع الكويتي، تم افتتاح متحف «ولد السيف» في موسمه الثاني.

الشيخة انتصار الصباح أعربت عن سعادتها بالمشاركة في افتتاح المتحف الذي يضم التحف والأعمال التراثية التي تخلد مجموعة من التراث للأجيال، مضيفة: إذا لم نحافظ على تراثنا القديم فكيف تستطيع الأجيال أن تتعرف عليه وتخلده؟!

وشددت على ضرورة أن يرتدي المواطنون لباس الزي الخليجي في المجمعات وأن يأخذوا أطفالهم الى الأماكن التراثية لتعريفهم بتراث الكويت.

وقالت إن حملتنا وطنية من شقين تكريم الموظف المجتهد عن طريق فريق من الوزارات للتشييك على الموظفين وطريقة معاملتهم مع المراجعين وفيما بعد يتم تكريمهم عن طريق المدير أو الوكيل أو الوزير، مضيفة: نحن منذ سنتين تقريبا نقوم بتكريم كل موظف مجتهد في إدارة عمله وهذا يشجعه على العطاء اكثر ويكون قدوة لباقي الموظفين في العمل والاجتهاد وتحمل المسؤولية وبالتالي يعطي اكثر لعمله ولوطنه.

وأشارت إلى أن الحملة تشمل أيضا تكريم الشباب المتطوعين، ففي الأيام السابقة تعرضت الكويت لأمطار غزيرة ألحقت بعض الأضرار وكان هناك شباب متطوعون مع الشرطة والداخلية والإسعاف وبنك الدم وتكريمهم واجب علينا لكي نعطيهم طاقة إيجابية لينتجوا اكثر ويخدموا وطنهم بكل حب.

وأضافت: نحن فخورون بشبابنا الذين عندهم قدرة قوية وإنتاج قوي، وهذا دليل على انه جيل قادر على تحمل المسؤولية ويحمل كل المحبة والتقدير لبلده.

من جانبها، قالت صاحبة المتحف نياف السليطي إن الموسم الثاني للمتحف يضم مقتنيات والدي رحمه الله، وحاولت أن أضيف لمساتي وأقمت جزءا بفكرة متطورة لكي يكون متحفا خليجيا بـ «استايل» متطور وليس متحفا تقليديا.

وأشارت إلى انه تم في هذا الموسم تغيير بعض الديكورات وإضافة بعض القطع التراثية والهدف الحفاظ على التراث من الاندثار وتعريف الأجيال القادمة على تراثهم والاستمتاع بجمالية القطع والتحف التي تحمل في طياتها تاريخا عريقا.
