أصيب أربعة نساء ورجل بطلقات نارية أثناء مغادرتها لصالة ملهى ليلي فجر اليوم السبت، فى شارع 130 بالقرب من شارع 90 فى ريتشموند هيل في ضاحية كوينز في مدينة نيويورك.
وفي تصريحات أدلى بها مسؤول أمني بالمدينة، اشار إلى أن الطلقات النارية أصابت أربعة نساء تتراوح أعمارهن من 23 إلى 27 عاما، بالإضافة إلى رجل يبلغ من العمر 35 عاما، وقد تم نقل ثلاثة منهم على الفور إلى مستشفى جامايكا، بينما الإثنين الآخرين نقلا مستشفى نيويورك بريسبتيريان – كوينز.
وقد أوضح المسؤول الأمني، وهو ديفيد باريري مساعد قائد الفريق في دورية باترول بورو في ضاحية كوينز الجنوبية خلال مؤتمر صحفي صباح السبت، بأن إطلاق النار ربما يكون قد أشعله صراع بين اثنين أو ثلاثة رجال كانوا خارج صالة الملهى الليلي.
ولم يكن واضحًا ما إذا كانت النساء من المارة الأبرياء أو متورطين بشكل أو بآخر في المشاجرة. وأكد على ان الشرطة فتحت اليوم تحقيقا بالحادث، ولم يتم اعتقال أي شخص حتى الساعة ذات صلة بالحادث.
وقي تصريحات لشهود عيان في المنطقة، أكدوا على أن هذا الملهى الليلي مشهور في المنطقة بالمشاكل المفتعلة من قبل زبائنه المترددين عليه، واشار أحدهم إلى إن حادث الفجر تم أثناء إستغراق أغلب سكان الحيي بالنوم. وعبرت أحدهم عن الخوف من تكرار مثل هذه الحوادث التي تجعل من الحي غير آمن.
ومن جانبه قال رجل واسمه غيد أسد ويعمل بائع في المنطقة، على أن أغلب زوار الملهى الليلي هم من السكارى، وغالبا ما يقومون بأعمال واصوات مزعجة ومربكة عند مغادرتهم للنادي بعد منتصف الليل مما يخيف الأهالي والأطفال من سكان المنطقة.
وأكد على أن السكان عادة ما يسمعون إطلاق نار بين الحين والآخر، وعند الإتصال بالشرطة من قبل أحد السكان، يهرب كل مرتادي النادي فور سماعهم لصوت إنذارات سيارات الشرطة.
وأشار إلى أن الشرطة أغلقت هذا الملهة الليلي عدة مرات، إلا أن المالك أعاد فتحه، غير عابئ في الأعمال المزعجه التي يقوم بها السكاري المترددين على صالته بما في ذلك إلقائهم لأعقاب السجائر وزجاجات الخمور في الشارع.
وكشف شاهد عيان آخر، عن وقوع حادث إطلاق النار على شقيقين أمام مدخل هذا الملهى الليلي في ابريل الماضي، أي بعد اندلاع قتال بالداخل وسقوط بعضهمم في الشارع. وقال “رغم تعليق مدينة نيويورك ترخيص الخمور لمالك النادي لمدة ستة أشهر أنذاك، إلا أن المالك عاد وفتحة في منتصف أكتوبر تحت ملكية جديدة” على حد قوله.
