محكمة يابانية ترفض طلبًا جديدًا للإفراج عن كارلوس غصن

رفضت محكمة يابانية في طوكيو الثلاثاء، طلبًا للإفراج بكفالة عن رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة “نيسان” المُقال كارلوس غصن، رغم أنه عرض وضع بطاقة إلكترونية حول كاحله في محاولة منه لضمان الإفراج عنه بعد شهرين من الاحتجاز فيما يتعلق بجرائم مالية مزعومة.

ويزيد الحكم الذي كان متوقعًا على نطاق واسع، احتمال بقاء غصن في السجن لحين محاكمته، كما يزيد الضغط على شركة “رينو” الفرنسية، شريكة “نيسان“، لإيجاد خليفة له في منصبي رئيس مجلس الإدارة والرئيس التنفيذي.

ووُجه الاتهام رسميًا إلى غصن بعد عدم الإفصاح عن دخله الحقيقي لثماني سنوات حتى مارس/ آذار 2018، ونقل خسائر استثمارات مالية شخصية إلى دفاتر “نيسان” بشكل مؤقت. وينفي غصن هذه الاتهامات.

ولم تذكر المحكمة سببًا لرفض طلب الإفراج عنه، كما لم يتسن الوصول إلى محامي غصن للتعليق على قرار المحكمة.

وشمل أحدث طلب من غصن للإفراج عنه بكفالة، عرضًا باستئجار حراس لمراقبته وتعهدًا بالبقاء في طوكيو.

وقالت متحدثة باسمه إنه عرض أيضًا وضع أسهم يمتلكها في “نيسان” كضمان.

ورفضت المحكمة الأسبوع الماضي، طلبًا للإفراج عن غصن بكفالة، بسبب مخاوف من أن يلوذ غصن، الذي يحمل الجنسيات الفرنسية واللبنانية والبرازيلية، بالفرار أو أن يتلاعب بالأدلة إذا أطلق سراحه.
