اللجنة البارالمبية الدولية تُجرد ماليزيا من استضافة بطولة دولية لرفضها دخول الاسرائيلين لأراضيها

أصرت السلطات الماليزية على موقفها في منع دخول الرياضيين الاسرائيلين إلى أراضيها رغم تجريدها من حق استضافة بطولة العالم للسباحة البارالمبية 2019 المزمع إقامتها في يوليو القادم.
وقال وزير الرياضة والشباب الماليزي صادق عبدالرحمن في بيان اليوم الاثنين “لن نتسامح في ذلك وماليزيا ثابتة على قرار المنع استنادا إلى عوامل إنسانية وتعاطفها مع المحنة الفلسطينية” مؤكدا ان “الوقوف ضد الحكومة الإسرائيلية اهم من استضافة حدث رياضي دولي”.
وأضاف عبدالرحمن “إذا كان استضافة حدث رياضي دولي أكثر أهمية من الدفاع عن إخواننا الفلسطينيين الذين يتعرضون للقتل والتشويه والتعذيب على يد نظام نتنياهو فإن ذلك يعني أن ماليزيا فقدت حقا البوصلة الأخلاقية”.
وأشار إلى أن “تصرف ماليزيا يتماشى مع تقارير من هيئات حقوقية دولية مثل منظمة العفو الدولية ومنظمة مراقبة حقوق الإنسان تتهم رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي بنيامين نتنياهو بارتكاب جرائم حرب ضد الفلسطينيين”.
يذكر أن اللجنة البارالمبية الدولية أعلنت يوم أمس الاحد تجريد ماليزيا من حق استضافة البطولة الدولية التي كانت ستقام في ولاية (ساراواك) شرقي ماليزيا من 29 يوليو حتى الرابع من أغسطس المقبل وذلك بسبب رفض ماليزيا منح رياضيين اسرائيليين تأشيرة دخول للمشاركة في البطولة.
