وقال كليج إن الوسائل الجديدة مشابهة لتلك التي استخدمت بخصوص انتخابات التجديد النصفي للكونغرس الأمريكي، حيث تُخزن جميع الإعلانات السياسية في مكتبة يمكن للعامة البحث خلالها لمدة سبع سنوات.
