قررت الحكومة المصرية تخصيص بطاقات ركوب مجانية ، بجميع القطارات وفي جميع المحافظات لـمرضى السرطان ومرافقيهم، تيسيرا عليهم خلال رحلة علاجهم من المرض.
وقال المهندس أشرف رسلان، رئيس هيئة السكك الحديدية المصرية إن الهيئة قررت تخصيص بطاقات ركوب مجانية بجميع القطارات وفي كافة المحافظات لمرضى السرطان، ومرافق لكل مريض، تيسيرا عليهم خلال رحلاتهم للعلاج، ومتابعة جلسات العلاج الكيميائي، وحتى شفائهم منه.
وأضاف أن الأوراق المطلوبة لمنح المريض ومرافقه البطاقة، هو تقديم تقرير مرضي من مركز العلاج معتمد وموجه للهيئة، مع صورة شخصية وبطاقة القومي للمريض ومرافقه، مشيرا إلى أنه يتم استخراج البطاقة في نفس يوم تقديم الأوراق إلى الإدارة المركزية للتسويق والمبيعات بمجمع السكة الحديدية بمنطقة رمسيس بوسط القاهرة.
وقال رئيس هيئة قطارات مصر إن البطاقة تتيح للمريض ومرافقه ركوب جميع القطارات وجميع الدرجات حتى الثانية المكيفة، ويستمر تفعيله لمدة عام، على أن يجدد سنويا وعقب تقديم المريض ما يفيد استمرار علاجه.
