النشرة الدولية –

تعظم الدول أحداثها الوطنية وتجعلها في منزلة عالية ورفيعة وتجرم المساس بها والتقليل من شأنها.

هذا ما جرت عليه الدول وهو العرف السائد في العالم الحديث وذلك من أجل تعظيم الإحساس الوطني لدى المواطنين، ومن أجل ربط المواطن بوطنه وتربيته على احترامه وحبه وتقدير مناسباته وأحداثه الوطنية.

هذا ما هو سائد ومعروف في العالم، إلا عندنا مع الأسف، فحكومة الكويت لا ترى في تلك الأحداث الوطنية العظيمة ما يستحق احترامها وتركت الحبل على الغارب لكل عابث مستهزئ يعبث ويهزأ كما يشاء بالمناسبات والأحداث الوطنية، وأهمها تحرير الكويت من الاحتلال العراقي البغيض.

في العام الأول للتحرير أو ربما في العام الذي تلاه، والجرح مازال نديا، كتبت منتقدا وزارة التربية التي أعلنت أنها تعاقدت مع مدرسين من إحدى دول الضد للتدريس في مدارسنا، رغم أن تلك الدولة اتخذت مؤيدا للمحتل.

فوجئت بعد نشر المقال باستدعاء لي من النيابة العامة بناء على شكوى تقدمت بها وزارة الإعلام، بحجة «الإساءة لدولة شقيقة»!!

وبناء عليه فإنني أتمنى على وزارة الإعلام أن تعتبر «دولة الكويت» «دولة شقيقة» فتشكو من يسيء إليها من أبنائها ويستهزئ بذكرى التحرير ويجترح بطولات خرافية لنفسه ليوهم الناس أنه هو سبب التحرير ولولاه لما تحررت البلاد!!

ومع الأسف فإن هذا الأمر تكرر أكثر من مرة ومن أكثر من شخص وعلى مدى سنوات.

فقبل سنوات خرج أحدهم ليجعل نفسه أهم من «غورباتشوف» قائد عملية تحرير الكويت، وصغر كثيرا من شأن ذلك القائد العسكري الفذ لينصب نفسه بديلا عنه!! رغم أن هذا «البطل» المزعوم لم يكن أساسا موجودا في الكويت أثناء حرب التحرير.

وبسبب السكوت عن هذا المدعي وعدم زجره أو شكايته، تجرأ آخرون فزايدوا على قوله، حيث قال احدهم إنه هو من كان يعطي الإشارة لقوات التحالف لقصف تجمعات الجيش العراقي!!

أما الأقمار الصناعية التجسسية والتي ترصد حركة النملة في بطن أمها فقد ذهبت هباء أمام قدرات هذا الفذ.

هذا عبث واضح واستهزاء بأهم حدث وطني في تاريخ الكويت يجب عدم الاستهانة به ومعاقبة العابثين به.

    In 2017, Cloudflare launched Cloudflare Workers, a
    serverless computing platform for creating new applications, augmenting existing ones, without configuring or
    maintaining infrastructure. Cloudflare blocked the
    largest publicly recorded DDoS attack in August 2025, with volumetric attacks peaking at 11.5 terabits per second.
    In February 2023, Cloudflare reported blocking a 71 million request-per-second DDoS attack which “the company says was the largest HTTP DDoS attack on record”.

    Although Cloudflare was not the primary website host, they did perform
    critical services to keep Kiwi Farms on-line, both protecting the site

    raise a ‘digital iron curtain’. German courts have similarly found that
    “Cloudflare and its anonymization services attract structurally copyright infringing websites.” The report noted that Cloudflare hides
    and anonymizes the operators of 40% of the world’s pirate sites, and 62% of the 500 largest such sites,
    and “does not follow due diligence when opening accounts for websites to prevent illegal sites from using its services”.
    A Cloudflare representative said that the platform “does not host the referenced websites, cannot block websites, and is not in the business of hiding companies that host illegal content”.
    The Electronic Frontier Foundation, a US digital rights group, said that services such as Cloudflare
    should not be deciding what speech is acceptable and that
    illegal content should be handled through the legal system.
    Cloudflare acquired Nefeli Networks in March 2024, a cloud networking company,
    co-founded by computer scientist Sylvia Ratnasamy.
