تبرئة وزير الداخلية المصري السابق حبيب العادلي من تهم فساد

قضت محكمة مصرية الخميس ببراءة حبيب العادلي وزير الداخلية في عهد الرئيس السابق حسني مبارك و8 من كبار موظفي الوزارة من تهم فساد مالي وإضرار بالمال العام.

كما قضت محكمة الجنايات بسجن أحد المتهمين في القضية وهو مسئوول مالي سابق بوزارة الداخلية ، لمدة 3 سنوات مع العزل من الوظيفة، وانقضاء الدعوى لأحد المتهمين بسبب وفاته.

وقال مصدر قضائي لرويترز إن المحكمة قضت بتغريم العادلي مبلغا قدره 500 جنيه (نحو 29 دولارا) بعد إدانته “بالإضرار بالمال العام عن طريق الإهمال”.

ويأتي الحكم بعد عامين من إصدار محكمة أولية حكما بسجن الوزير السابق لمدة 7 سنوات في قضية الإضرار العمدي بمال عام تبلغ قيمته نحو مئة مليون جنيه استرليني.

إلا أن محكمة النقض المصرية ألغت الحكم بسجن العادلي وقررت إعادة المحاكمة أمام دائرة جديدة وهي الهيئة القضائية التي برأته اليوم.

وكان العادلي تم تبرئته من اتهامات أخرى بالفساد عام 2015.

وفي 2014، حصل العادلي مع مبارك وستة من مساعديه على البراءة من اتهامات تتعلق بقتل متظاهرين خلال انتفاضة 2011.

وكان العادلي المسؤول الأول عن قوات الشرطة قبل الانتفاضة الشعبية التي انتهت بتنحي مبارك عن الحكم.

وحصل عدد من مسؤولي عهد مبارك على البراءة منذ أطاح الجيش بالرئيس محمد مرسي في عام 2013 وتولي وزير الدفاع السابق عبد الفتاح السيسي رئاسة مصر.
