مندوبًا عن الملك عبدالله الثاني رعى الأمير علي بن الحسين، رئيس مجلس مفوضي الهيئة الملكية الأردنية للأفلام الأسبوع الماضي، حفل العرض العالمي الأول للفيلم الروائي الطويل «علاء الدين» المقتبس عن إحدى قصص وحكايات ألف ليلة وليلة.

والفيلم الذي تابع عرضه أكثر من ألف مشاهد، أنتجته استوديوهات شركة «ديزني» وأخرجه غاي ريتشي، واضطلع بأداء أدواره الرئيسة نخبة من أشهر نجوم هوليوود، من بينهم ويل سميث ومينا مسعود ونعومي سكوت.

ويروي الفيلم حكاية فتى الشوارع الجذاب، علاء الدين، والأميرة ياسمين التي تتسم بالشجاعة والعزم، حيث شخصية الجن مفتاح مستقبلهما.

وقال سمو الأمير علي بن الحسين: إنه لمن دواعي سرورنا استضافة الجميع في هذه الفعالية، ونحن فخورون للغاية لأن الهيئة الملكية الأردنية للأفلام والأردن جزء من هذا الإنتاج الرائع لديزني، ففي نهاية المطاف، قصة «علاء الدين» نابعة من هذه المنطقة، وبالتالي نحن ممتنون جدًا لطاقم العمل الذي عاد لتقديم الفيلم في عمان.

وفي حديثه للإعلاميين في مؤتمر صحفي بمقر الهيئة الملكية الأردنية للأفلام أمس الإثنين وأدارته الإعلامية ريا أبي راشد، قال ويل سميث: كان من المهم بالنسبة لي وللمخرج غاي ريتشي سرد قصة بمثابة «رسالة حب» إلى المنطقة. سررت بلعب دور الجني؛ فالجني تعريف للحب غير المشروط، ويعكس ما أريد أن أكون في الحياة، أن أعطي وأتأكد بالتالي من عدم إساءة استعمال هذا العطاء. في «علاء الدين»، تحتم عليّ توظيف كل المواهب التي صقلتها على مدى ثلاثين عامًا.

وكان تصوير هذا الفيلم من أفضل التجارب في حياتي المهنية. وفي وقت سابق من اليوم نفسه، أقيم عرض خاص لأطفال من مركز الحسين للسرطان.

وفوجئ الصغار في نهاية العرض بحضور ولي العهد الأمير الحسين بن عبد الله برفقة المخرج والممثلين.
