أمر قاضي التحقيق بالمحكمة العليا، الأربعاء، بحجز رئيس الحكومة الجزائرية السابق أحمد أويحيى، على ذمة اتهامات الفساد المنسوبة إليه.
ومثل أويحيى أمام القاضي في وقت سابق في إطار الامتياز القضائي للرد على تهم فساد من بينها منح امتيازات دون وجه حق، حسبما ذكرت صحيفة «الشروق» الجزائرية.
كانت محكمة سيدي امحمد، قد حوّلت ملفات عدة مسؤولين سياسيين إلى المحكمة العليا من بينهم أحمد أويحيى ووزير النقل السابق، بالاضافة الى الوزير الأول الأسبق عبد المالك سلال وعدة وزراء آخرين.
ويأتي الإجراء استكمالاً لإجراءات المتابعة القضائية في قضية رجل الأعمال علي حداد، حيث تلقت النيابة العامة للمحكمة العليا منذ أسبوعين من النائب العام لدى مجلس قضاء العاصمة، ملف الإجراءات المتبعة ضد مجموعة من أعضاء الحكومة السابقين بسبب أفعال يعاقب عليها القانون تتعلق بإبرام صفقات وعقود مخالفة للتنظيم والتشريع المعمول به.
ويعتبر الجزائريون رئيس الحكومة السّابق أحد رجالات الرئيس المستقيل عبد العزيز بوتفليقة، الذين عملوا على استفزاز الجزائريين في مختلف المناسبات، آخرها كانت خطاباته الداعية لترشيح الرئيس المستقيل لولاية خامسة وبعدها تشبيه حراك الجزائر بالأزمة الأمنية التي تمر بها سوريا منذ 2011.
وفي هذا الإطار، أفاد التلفزيون الحكومي الجزائري أن قاضي التحقيق لدى المحكمة العليا أمر بحبس وزير النقل والاشغال العمومية السابق عبد الغني زعلان بعد ساعات من سجن رئيس الوزراء السابق أحمد أويحيى.
وجاء في شريط عاجل للتلفزيون «إيداع وزير النقل والاشغال العمومية السابق الحبس المؤقت في سجن الحراش» غرب العاصمة.
وخرج الجزائريون منذ 22 فبراير (شباط)، مطالبين بتغيير النّظام وبمحاكمة رؤوس الفساد وكل من استغلّ منصبه طيلة السنوات العشرين الماضية -فترة حكم بوتفليقة- واصفين المحيط المقرّب من بوتفليقة بـ«العصابة» التي طالبوا بعقابها بالقانون و«إعلاء يد القضاء عليها».
