قوات الحكومة اليمنية تسيطر على مدينة عتق الجنوبية

أفاد مراسلنا في اليمن، نقلا عن مصادر يمنية ميدانية اليوم الجمعة، بسيطرة القوات الحكومية على مدينة عتق، المركز الرئيسي لمحافظة شبوة، وذلك بعد مواجهات عنيفة دارت بين القوات الحكومية وقوات المجلس الانتقالي طوال يوم أمس الخميس وحتى صباح اليوم الجمعة.
وقالت المصادر إن الاشتباكات بين قوات المجلس الإنتقالي المدعومة إماراتيا وبين القوات الحكومية المدعومة من المملكة العربية السعودية بشبوة جنوب اليمن، أسفرت عن سقوط قتلى وجرحى من الطرفين.
وفي تصريحات لوزير النقل صالح الجبواني قال “إنّ قوات الأمن والجيش الوطني تسيطر على الموقف الآن في المحافظة”، في حين أكد عضو المجلس الانتقالي الجنوبي سالم ثابت العولقي، على عزم المجلس مواصلة المفاوضات مع الجانب الآحر، مشيرا إلى أن الوفد الممثل للمجلس لم يغادر جدة، وأنه حريص على إنجاح الحوار الذي ترعاه الرياض لترتيب الأوضاع بالمحافظات الجنوبية اليمنية.
وجاءت هذه التطورات بعد سيطرة تشكيلات أمنية وعسكرية تابعة للمجلس الانتقالي المدعومة من الإمارات خلال الأسبوع الماضي على مؤسسات الدولة ومعسكراتها ومقراتها الأمنية بالعاصمة المؤقتة عدن. في حين نفت دولة الإمارات نفيا قاطعا الاتهامات التي وُجهت إليها وتشير إلى محاولتها فصل الجنوب اليمني.
إنتهاكات إنسانية خطيرة
وعلى صعيد آخر، كشف تقرير حقوقي صادر عن منظمة “شهود لحقوق الإنسان”، النقاب عن إنتهاكات إنسانية خطيرة إرتكبتها ميليشيات الحوثي خلال النصف الأول من العام الجاري، 2726 حالة انتهاك لحقوق الإنسان في عموم مديريات محافظة صنعاء،
وذكر التقرير أن الانتهاكات توزعت بين 19 حالة قتل عمد و29 حالة إصابة و266 حالة اختطاف و110 حالات تعذيب وإخفاء قسري، فضلا عن تجنيد 162 طفلا دون السن القانونية، و238 حالة تهديد وترويع للأطفال والنساء أثناء اقتحام البيوت، إضافة إلى تشريد 401 أسرة، وتهجير 388 شخصا من منازلهم وقراهم بشكل قسري.
ووثق التقرير نحو 1113 حالة انتهاك للممتلكات العامة والخاصة، تمثلت في نهب واقتحام منازل وسطو على أراضي المواطنين، ونهب الشركات والمؤسسات التجارية في المحافظة.
وأوضح التقرير أن 724 حالة انتهاك صنفت كعقاب جماعي مارسته الميليشيات الحوثية ضد المدنيين في القرى والمديريات، أبرزها إقامة نقاط تفتيش ومعسكرات تدريبية للتجنيد بالقرب من المناطق الآهلة بالسكان بالمحافظة.
