الحكم على صحافية إيرانية بالسجن 10 سنوات و184 جلدة

أصدرت محكمة في طهران حكما بالسجن 10 أعوام ونصف العام ضد الصحافية الإيرانية، مرضية أميري، بالإضافة إلى جلدها 148 جلدة، وذلك لقيامها بتغطية احتجاجات العمال الإيرانيين بمناسبة يوم العمال العالمي.

وكتبت سميرة أميري، أخت مرضية عبر حسابها على “تويتر”: “6 سنوات سجنا من الحكم على الأقل قابلة للتنفيذ”.

وكانت استخبارات الحرس الثوري اعتقلت أميري، التي تعمل مراسلة لصحيفة “شرق” المقربة من الإصلاحيين، بعد يوم من تغطيتها مظاهرات يوم العمال العالمي في 1 مايو/أيار، ونقلتها إلى سجن “إيفين” سيئ الصيت، ومنعتها من لقاء محامين.

وأفاد زملاء الصحافية أنها كانت تغطي تجمعا أمام البرلمان الإيراني، إلا أن رجالا بملابس مدنية قاموا باعتقالها واقتيادها إلى جهة مجهولة.

كما ذكرت صحيفة “شرق” أنها تتابع قضية اعتقال مراسلتها التي اعتقلت في مطلع مايو، حوالي الساعة 11 صباحا، عقب تجمع العمال أمام البرلمان.

وأكدت منظمات حقوقية أن قوات الأمن الإيرانية اعتقلت ما لا يقل عن 35 شخصًا، بعد الهجوم على مظاهرة العمال الإيرانيين، وضرب بعض المحتجزين.

وقالت وكالة “هرانا” الناطقة باسم مجموعة ناشطي حقوق الإنسان الإيرانيين، إن معظم المحتجزين كانوا من نشطاء حقوق العمال الذين تجمعوا بشكل سلمي للمطالبة بتحسين ظروف العمل والمعيشة.

وكان الاتحاد الدولي للصحافيين أصدر بيانًا دعا فيه إلى الإفراج غير المشروط عن الصحافيين الإيرانيين الذين تم اعتقالهم خلال المسيرة التي طالبت بحق إنشاء منظمات عمالية مستقلة، من ضمن مطالب أخرى.

وتحتجز السلطات الإيرانية حاليا 4 صحافيين آخرين هم: آفرين تشيت ساز، وهنغامه شهيدي وكيومارس مرزبان وبويا خوشال.

وطالب الأمين العام للاتحاد الدولي للصحافيين، أنتوني بيلانجر، بالإفراج عن هؤلاء الصحافيين، وأدان ما وصفه بـ”موقف السلطات القمعي تجاه الصحافيين في يوم العمال”.

يذكر أن منظمة “مراسلون بلا حدود” ذكرت في تقريرها السنوي في أبريل/نيسان الماضي، أن إيران تراجعت أكثر نحو أسفل مؤشر حرية الصحافة العالمي بسبب زيادة عمليات اعتقال الصحافيين الإيرانيين ونشطاء مواقع التواصل والمواطنين الصحافيين.
