حجم الطلب على السندات الكويتية وصل الى 2.56 مليار دينار

طرح بنك الكويت المركزي، اليوم الثلاثاء، “سندات وتورق” مقابل بقيمة 160 مليون دينار، بعائد 2.875 بالمائة.
وطبقاً للبيانات المنشورة على المركزي الكويتي، تمت تغطية الإصدار 16.01 مرة؛ إذ بلغ حجم الطلب عليه 2.56 مليار دينار.
وتستحق تلك السندات في 12 فبراير/ شباط المقبل، إذ بلغ أجل الإصدار 6 أشهر.
يذكر أن آخر إصدار للمركزي الكويتي كان يوم الثلاثاء الماضي، بقيمة 240 مليون دينار، لأجل 3 أشهر، وبعائد 2.75 بالمائة هو الأقل منذ ديسمبر/كانون الأول 2018.
وقرر المركزي الكويتي في الشهر الجاري خفض سعر الخصم بواقع 25 نقطة أساس إلى 2.75 نقطة أساس؛ تماشياً مع قرار الاحتياطي الفيدرالي الذي خفض معدل الفائدة 3 مرات بالعام الجاري، بينما لم يتجاوب مع الكويتي سوى مرة واحدة.
و”سندات وتورق مقابل” هي سندات محلية يطرحها الكويت المركزي للبنوك العاملة بالقطاع المصرفي الكويتي لتنظيم السيولة لسحب ما يزيد من السيولة في السوق.
وتستخدم تلك السندات أيضاً في ضخ سيولة إضافية باسترداد تلك السندات من البنوك، ودفع قيمتها بعد خصم العائد، كما تمثل إحدى الأدوات لتنفيذ السياسة النقدية المتعلقة بأسعار الفائدة.
