يوم المراة ليس احتفالًا بجمال المرأة  او أنوثتها او حتى أمومتها ..

ليس احتفالًا بكونها الحبيبة أو الزوجة  أو الأخت أو الصديقة .

يوم المراة هو تذكير بنضال النساء الطويل حول العالم ،  للحصول على المساواة في الأجر والمعاملة في كل مرافق الحياة .

يوم المراة ليس فقط يوم المراة العاملة،  فكل النساء عاملات نسبة  لمسؤولياتهن في رعاية أسرهن بمن فيها أزواجهن ، والتضحية احيانا كثيرة بسنوات من حياتهن العملية من اجل ذلك .

الاحتفال بيوم المراة هو احتفال بعقلها وفكرها وليس بجمالها وأنوثتها  .

هو احتفال بنضال نساء عانين كثيراً للحصول على الحق في التعليم والعمل وحتى التصويت ولاحقًا الترشح للانتخابات .

لم تحصل المراة على اي حق من حقوقها كإنسان على طبق من ذهب .

كان يجب ان تناضل وتتحمل لتحصل على حق يولد مع الذكر ، وتولد  هي بتبعاته.

يوم المراة هو يوم الاحتفال بعدم استغلالها جسديًا وعدم التحرش بها جنسيا  في العمل او في المجتمع ، دون ادانه او محاكمة !

يوم المراة هو يوم لا تباع فيه الفتيات الصغيرات لرجال يكبرهن بكثير او قليل،

بعقد زواج يقبض ثمنه بعض اهل أنانيين بدموع عينيها وشبابها وحتى بمستقبل أطفالها.

يوم المراة هو يوم يعتبر الاغتصاب جريمة يحاكم عليها القانون،  ولا ينظر المجتمع فيه الى المرأة  أو الفتاة على انها مصدر اغراء وفتنة ، وبالتالي تحمَّل نتيجة تلك الجريمة .

يوم المراة هو يوم يتحرر عقل الرجل من عقد التمييز والتفرقة .

يوم يعترف الرجل بالمرأة ككيان مستقل يحق لها ما يحق له تماما بدون اي نقصان .

يوم المراة حين لا يُمنح الرجل ، صك  ملكية حياة المراة فكرًا وجسدًا بناء على موروثات تقليدية وحتى دينية .

ويعود اليها قرار  فتح الأبواب او إقفالها دون العودة الى الرجل الا اذا شاءت ذلك.

وعادل دون تحقيق  المساواة والعدالة للمرأة.
