ليس من المبكر ان نتكلم ونتجهز ونخطط لما بعد أزمة كورونا، فمن من البديهي ان ما بعد أية أزمة تبعات وتداعيات، واغلبها سلبية على المدى القصير والمتوسط، وإذا كانت الازمة مدمرة ومفاجئة تكون تداعياتها طويلة الأمد.
وبما اننا في عالم واحد وبنفس الخندق في هذه الازمة، فمن البديهي ان تكون التداعيات نفسها او مشتركة او قريبة من بعضها.
لذا، علينا الاستعداد والعمل معا،ً على كافة الأصعدة والمجالات وخاصة الاقتصادية والسياسية لكونهما مرتبطان معاً. وكذلك الافراد والجماعات، وجوب الاستعداد على الصعيد النفسي والاجتماعي والاقتصادي، فمن تداعيات الازمة البطالة، وتدنى الدخل المالي، مما يؤثر على المستوى المعيشي مما ينعكس على الرفاهية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية. وهنا علينا التركيز على المواد الغذائية الأساسية والحيوية فتوفرها سينحصر ويقل، وان وجدت ستكون مرتفعة الأسعار.
اذاً لنتحمل المسؤولية، كلٌ في مكانه، ولنتكاتف الجهود بالعمل معاً، والوعي والمعرفة وتبادل الخبرات لنواجه صدمة ما بعد الأزمة بأقل الخسائر والتطلع لانحصار الصدمة، وإدراك ان القادم ليس بالسهل مطلقاً، وخاصةً عند ذوي الدخل المحدود، فالمواد الأساسية والحمد لله انها موجودة ولفترة آمنة، ولكن لا يضر ان عدنا الى عادتنا التي ورثنها عن أهلنا واجددنا في تخزين المونة لفترة آمنة ايضاً من منتجاتنا المحلية، وبالأخص الحبوب التي نزرعها في ارضنا.
وكذلك على الدول والحكومات استباق التداعيات الاقتصادية بوضع خطط اقتصادية قابلة للتفعيل والتطبيق دون المساس بحق المواطن بالعيش بكرامة داخل وطنه.
وأما الفجوة الاقتصادية والصراعات بين القوى ستزيد وتؤثر على الطبقات الاجتماعية وخاصة الطبقة الوسطى والفقيرة، وهذه الفجوة ستعمل على خلق فوضى ان ام نتداركها ونعالجها قبل فوات الأوان. وللأسف ما زالت بعض الفئات من الشعوب تغفل تداعيات الازمة، وتفكيرهم مركز بالتوخي والحذر من الإصابة بالفيروس والعودة الى حياتهم السابقة، ولم يدركوا ان الحياة القادمة مختلفة الى حد ليس بالقليل.
وهنا علينا الالتفات الى المبادرات والجمعيات التي تعمل حالياً، وعليها دور أكبر واشمل بعد انتهاء الازمة «إذا انتهت في المستقبل القريب»، للمساهمة بالحد من العوز والجوع، ومن قد تلزمه الإعانة والرعاية.
وكما أن على الفرد تحمل المسؤولية والوعي، وأدراك التغيير القادم بالتخفيف من الرفاهية المعيشية التي كان يعيشها قبل شهرين. والعودة الى الإنتاج المحلي للغذاء وأولها الزراعة، ولنبني اقتصاد منتج، وفي بلادنا خيرات كثيرة والأرض قابلة للعطاء.

وطلب يوسف وقال: عليكم أن تحذروا من استهلاك الطعام (إلاّ قليلا ممّا تحصنون)، وإذا واظبتم على هذه الخطّة فحينئذ لا خطر يهدّدكم لأنّه (ثمّ يأتي من بعد ذلك عام فيه يُغاث الناس). و(يغاث الناس) أي يدركهم الغيث فتكثر خيراتهم، وليس هذا فحسب، بل (فيه يعصرون) المحاصيل لاستخراج الدهن والفاكهة لشراب عصيرها.
