دراسة.. ترهن السعادة بمستوى معدل دخل الفرد
“المال يمكن أن يشتري السعادة”، هذا ما توصلت له دراسة حديثة، نافية بذلك عقودا طويلة من إنكار علاقة المال بالسعادة.
جاء ذلك في المجلة العلمية “Emotion”، التي قالت إن سعادة الإنسان تتعزز بمكانته الاجتماعية ووضعه الاقتصادي والاجتماعي وجودة التعليم.
وقال الباحث في علم النفس في جامعة ولاية سان دييغو الأميركية، جان توينج، إن نظرية ارتباط السعادة بمعدل دخل الفرد تعززت في السنوات الأخيرة.
ولجأت الدراسة إلى عمليات مسح اجتماعي، تتبعت التغيرات في المجتمع الأميركي. وبلغ عدد المشاركين في البحث نحو 45 ألف شخص. وجرى الاستطلاع بين عامي 1972 و2016.
وقام الاستبيان على تحديد مدى السعادة، التي يشعر بها المشاركون في الاستبيان، على مر السنين، بحسب مستوى دخلهم.
وقسم الباحثون المشاركين إلى مجموعات حسب الدخل، ثم حللوا كيف أجابوا على الأسئلة على مر السنين.
وبقي المشاركون الذين حافظوا على مستوياتهم الاجتماعية والاقتصادية، أكثر شعورا بالرضا.
وبخصوص المجتمع الأميركي، فإن الباحث جان توينغ، يرى أن معدلات السعادة حافظت على استقرارها، عند مستوى دخل سنوي، قدره 75000 دولار.
كما استمرت معدلات السعادة بالارتفاع، بشكل طردي، مع تزايد مستوى الدخل.
