النشرة الدولية –

الكمال صفة ﺇلهية ربانية لا توجد في أي مخلوق، وبما أن الكمال من سابع المستحيلات، ﺇذاً لابد لأي شخص أو مجموعة أو حتى مؤسسة ومصلحة حكومية من سد أي قصور في الكفاءات أو الكوادر عن طريق الاستعانة بالآخر، هذا ليس بعيب أو حرام البتة، فالمصيبة تكمن ﺇذا ما توافر لديك من يسد العجز داخل المؤسسة نفسها، بل قد يكون هذا الموظف أقدر من ذاك الأجنبي، علاوة على كونه من الخبرات النادرة والمكرمة على مستوى العالم، ومع ذلك تلجأ إلى الرأي الخارجي عن طريق الاستشارات مع أطراف خارجية، وهذا برأيي هو تعريف الحقد والحسد المهني في ظل إدارة تخشى أن ينكشف فشلها إن استعانت بكوادر وطنية، أو بمعنى أصح كما يحلو لي تسميته “عقدة الخواجة”.

بطبيعة أي مستشار فهو من المفترض أن يكون خبيراً بمجاله، وذا باع طويل في المهنة المرجوة منه، والمصيبة تكمن في الوقت الذي سيحتاجه لينخرط في منظومة العمل ومن بعدها يبدأ بالعطاء المرجو منه، والأكثر ﺇيلاماً والأقرب للواقع هو طلب مستشار في جهة ما والإدارة المعنية لم تجهز له المتطلبات والنواقص لديها ليقوم هو بملء الفراغات المرجوة على حسب عقد العمل، حينها يقوم “سعادة البيه الخواجة صاحب العيون الزرقاء الجريئة” باتخاذ حزمة قرارات نافذة على صغار الموظفين لتعود بهم الحال ﺇلى ما قبل العصر الحجري بقليل!!

طبعاً هذا كله متوقع في ظل ﺇدارة تُنصِف الغريب و”تحفر” للقريب نكاية بشخص نظيف! فليس من المستبعد ﺇذاً قدوم مستشار لمثل هذا المكان ليعيث في الأرض فساداً، ومن ثم يصبح الآلة الكاتبة للمدير، ومن البدهي أيضاً، وبعد حين، أن يتم تثبيت المستشار ليصبح موظفاً دائماً لدى المدير وعلى بند “خوش واحد” و”مسكين، فقير يكد على عياله”.

الأمم تنهض بقيادات عصامية، نظيفة، حرة، قوية، لا تخاف من اتخاذ القرار ولا تؤجل ﺇحقاق الحق حتى في زمن “كورونا” أو اتخاذ تعطيل الأعمال ذريعة وسلاح مماطلة و”تبريد” ما كان في يومٍ يطرح على أنه رأيٌ ساخن في ﺇدارة ما. لعل الأيام الحالية عادت بالقياديين إلى كراسيهم بعد فترة طويلة من انقطاع غير متوقع بسبب “كورونا” لتهيئة أجواء العمل لجميع الموظفين، بالطبع بالتعاون من الموظفين المقربين إلى قلوبهم! في محاولة لأن تعود الحياة إلى طبيعتها، فإن فشل أحدهم في القيادة! عادت حليمة لعاداتها القديمة! وﺇحنا ما نبي حليمة.
