إطلاق يد تحقيق النيابة الكويتية في «تسريبات التنصت» بما تضمنته من وقائع ومعلومات وحيثيات وتملُّك مواطن أجهزة تجسس

في وقت أمر نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء وزير الداخلية وزير الدولة لشؤون مجلس الوزراء الكويتي، أنس الصالح، باستكمال التحقيق بشأن التسجيلات المسربة أخيراً من جهاز أمن الدولة والتي تعود إلى عام 2018، وتقديم بلاغ بالواقعة وما تتضمنه من وقائع ومعلومات وحيثيات إلى النيابة العامة، علمت «الجريدة»، من مصادرها، أن البلاغ يطلق يد تحقيق النيابة بكل ما ورد في التسجيلات من وجود أجهزة تنصت وتجسس مع أحد المواطنين، وفي كيفية دخولها البلاد، وما إذا قام الجهاز بالتنصت على المواطنين دون الحصول على الموافقات القضائية.
وأضافت المصادر أن التسجيلات الأخيرة ليست من ضمن المقاطع المسلمة إلى رئيس مجلس الوزراء سمو الشيخ صباح الخالد في نهاية فبراير الماضي، مشيرة الى أن هناك لجان تحقيق أخرى لا تزال مستمرة في عملها للتحقق من حجم التسجيلات المسربة من «أمن الدولة».
وبينت أن الشبهات تحوم حول أكثر من ضابط طلبوا الحصول على نسخة من التسجيلات العام الماضي لاستخدامها في التحريات، مشيرة إلى أن الحصول على أي تسجيل داخل الجهاز يتطلب توقيع نموذج، وهي النقطة التي بدأت منها التحقيقات لمعرفة الأسباب الحقيقية للطلب، وما إذا كانت تسربت عن طريقه.
وأضافت أن اللجان لا تزال تحقق فيما يتداول عن طبيعة تحريات التسجيلات الأخرى التي تمت مع أحد المتهمين في «الصندوق الماليزي» والتي سلمت للحكومة في فبراير الماضي، وما إذا كان هناك أي تهاون أو تعاون مع المتهم من جانب ضباط جهاز أمن الدولة.
وكان بيان صدر من «الداخلية» أشار إلى أن الصالح أحال إلى جهات تحقيق مستقلة تسجيلاً يعود إلى عام 2018 متعلقاً بقضية الصندوق الماليزي كان تسلمه في نهاية فبراير الماضي، موضحاً أن مجلس الوزراء أحال وقائع القضية إلى ديوان المحاسبة والهيئة العامة لمكافحة الفساد (نزاهة) ووحدة التحريات المالية، فضلاً عن تقديم بلاغ للنيابة العامة حول الوقائع الواردة في التسجيل.
وكانت لجنة التحقيق العاجلة التي شكلها الصالح بشأن التسجيلات المسربة أنهت أعمالها، غير أن الوزير أمر باستكمال التحقيق وإعادة النظر في إجراءات جهاز أمن الدولة، إلى جانب وقف مديره العام و7 من ضباطه عن العمل للمصلحة العامة، حتى انتهاء التحقيقات وظهور نتائجها.
