تسلّط الأقوياء على الضعفاء

النشرة الدولية –

توفيت «نفيسة»، زوجة أحد شركائي، إثر مرض عضال لم يمهلها كثيراً، وسبق أن كتبت مقالاً في رثائها، فقد كانت شخصية غير عادية بمعنى الكلمة.

ومن منطلق احترامي لتاريخ الراحلة الرائع، وعلاقتي القوية بزوجها، شاركت في مراسم الدفن!

تعتبر جماعة «البهرة» فرعاً من الإسماعيلية، ويرأسها حالياً مفضل سيف الدين، (الداعي المطلق الثالث والخمسون)، الذي يدير شؤون أتباعه من مدينة مومباي، ولهم لجان وصناديق استثمارية في مختلف دول العالم، ويدير شؤون الجماعة «العامل المقيم»، الذي يعتبر الرئيس الفعلي في منطقته، ويؤم جماعته في الصلاة، ويلقي الخطب.

يبلغ عدد البهرة 5 ملايين تقريباً، ويعيش الأغلبية منهم في ولاية غوجارات الهندية، وتسميتهم مشتقة من كلمة تاجر في الغوجاراتية.

يرتدي البهري التقليدي زياً يغلب عليه اللون الأبيض، بالإضافة إلى غطاء مميز للرأس، ولحية قصيرة، أو كثيفة للمتدينين منهم. أما النساء، فإن ملابسهن تتكون من قطعتين من الألوان الزاهية ومزخرفة بالدانتيل، وبحجاب ولكن من دون تغطية الوجه.

البهرة محايدون سياسياً مخلصون لبلد الإقامة، لكنهم يظلون متحفظين بما يكفي للحفاظ على هويتهم، ويشتهرون بالنظافة وبحبهم للتطوع ومساعدة الآخرين، خصوصاً في محاربة المجاعات، وكانت لهم أعمال إغاثة أشاد بها رئيس الوزراء الهندي في أكثر من مناسبة. كما يعتبر البهرة من بين الأفضل تعليماً في الهند وخارجها، نساء ورجالاً، ولمست ذلك بنفسي، بالرغم من مجتمعهم المحافظ، وما تتعرض له النساء من تعسّف في المعاملة أحياناً.

يمارس البهرة الصلاة ويؤدون الزكاة وصوم رمضان والحج، والجهاد إضافة إلى الطهارة، ولا يؤمنون بالربا، بل بالقرض الحسن الذي يتم تجميع أمواله من الجميع تقريباً، وتصرف على قروض الزواج والخدمات وشراء المنازل ودفع مصاريف التعليم وتمويل المشاريع التجارية لأتباعهم، والأخيرة هي التي جعلتهم تجاراً «حذقين» أكثر من غيرهم.

ولكن الجانب السيئ في هذا الأمر، بنظر البعض، أن الأموال التي تجمع من القادرين على الدفع، في الكويت مثلاً، تعتبر شبه إلزامية، فبغيرها يستحيل تمويل حاجات أبناء الطائفة في كل دولة، ولكن انعدام الشفافية في ما يتعلق بطريقة التصرف بتلك الأموال جعل البعض يعترض على الأسلوب، ويطالب بالشفافية، وهذا ما لم تقبله «القيادة»، ولهذا استبعدتهم، في ما يشبه الحرمان، خصوصاً أن هؤلاء سبق أن اختاروا عدم التقيد بمتطلبات الانتماء للجماعة من لباس ولحية وغيرهما. وبالتالي، حاول المسؤول عنهم رفض دفن المتوفين منهم في مقابر الجماعة، التي تقع ضمن مقابر الجعفرية في الصليبخات، وهذه ممارسة متعسفة لم أقبل بها حينها في المقبرة. فكون المتوفاة غير ملتزمة، حسب طلبهم، أو لا تدفع مالاً لمسؤول «الجماعة»، لا يبرر الرفض، فأرض المقبرة ملك الدولة، ولا يحق لأي جهة خاصة التحكم فيها. فلولا تدخلي الشخصي حينها، لما دفنت حسب رغبة زوجها وأبنائها.

نطالب السلطات البلدية بالتحرّك ومنع ممارسة مثل هذه التصرفات غير المنطقية، في حق هذه الجماعة المسالمة، فالرغبة في الدفن في مكان معين قد تكون آخر أماني الإنسان قبل رحيله، وهي أمنية منطقية، فكيف يحرم منها بسبب خلاف في الرأي؟!

    Das Rijksmuseum beherbergt Meisterwerke niederländischer Kunst,
    während das Van Gogh Museum die weltweit größte Sammlung von Van Goghs Gemälden präsentiert.

    Neben dem Casino-Besuch sind auch Sportwetten und Lotteriespiele in Frankreich erst ab diesem Alter erlaubt.

    a stellar choice for those on a budget.
