رؤساء أميركا يجتمعون.. ورؤساء العرب بين القبور والمنفى يتنقلون* صالح الراشد

النشرة الدولية –

لقطة تلفزيونية جعلتني أقف احتراماً وتقديراً للولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، فاللقطة جمعت الرؤساء بيل كلينتون وبارك أوباما وجورج بوش والرئيس الحالي جوزيف بايدن وعائلاتهم في واشنطن، وكانت تُظهر لقطة مجاورة الرئيس السابق دونالد ترامب يهبط سلم الطائرة في فلوريدا، تخيلوا معي يرحمكم الله خمسة رؤساء على قيد الحياة ويملكون حريتهم المطلقة في المغادرة والحل والترحال والعمل، ويستطيع أي منهم التحدث بكل حرية عن رأيه في شتى القضايا، ولم يخضع أي منهم للإقامة الجبرية أو المُلاحقة والتصفية، هذا الأمر جعلني أحترم سيدة العالم ومجرمته وقاتلته لأنها تحترم الديموقراطية فيها وترفض أن يفتك الرئيس الجديد بسابقه، لأن الجميع أمام القضاء سواسية.

وأدرك أن هذه الصورة جارحة وقاتله بل تتعارض مع الفكر والنهج العربي، وقد تتسبب بصداع وألآلام للعديد من دعاة الدكتاتورية وتأليه الرئيس من رجال الدين، حيث اعتدنا بأن القيادات الجديدة تُقام على أنقاض من سبقوهم من الحكام، فلا يوجد رئيسين في دولة واحدة على قيد الحياة، فدوماً الرئيس في بلادنا إلى الأبد ويصفق له المبطلون على أنه لن يخلع ثوباً ألبسه إياه الله، وإن تنحى فيكون بفعل الزمن والموت الطبيعي أو القتل بثورة أو إنقلاب وربما اغتيال، وإن هرب من الموت الذي يُعد له يُغادر لبلد بعيد عن أيادي الحكومة الجديدة، ففي فكرنا العربي أنه لا يتوجد الرئيس الجديد إلا بعد وفاة سابقه، ليموت عدد منهم بطريقة طبيعية ، وفي مصر مثلاً فقد تمت تصفية جمال عبدالناصر واغتيل محمد أنور السادات وحصل إنقلاب على حسني مبارك الذي مات في بلده وهو من الحالات النادرة، ولحق به الرئيس محمد مرسى، وهذا يعني أنه في دولة كمصر فإن محصلة الخسارة في الإنتخابات هو الموت.

وحتى لا نذهب بعيداً عن الدول التي تحمل لقب جمهورية ففي الجزائر وتونس والسودان يتكرر المشهد وكذلك في العراق وسوريا واليمن وفلسطين، وهذه دول يتم فيها إنتخاب الرئيس، وبالتالي كان يجب أن نُشاهد الرئيس الحالي والسابق في لقطة واحدة، والسابق يقوم بتسليم السلطة للحالي، لكن العنجهية العربية ترفض الإنصياع لرأي الشعب ليكون الحسم العربي برأي الجيش ومن يملك السلاح الذي يمكنه من قهر الشعب واستعباده وإذلاله، لكن لبعض النظريات وهذا يحدث في عالم الجينات المتحولة كما جرى مع فايروس كوفيد-19، لنجد أنه لبنان شذت عن القاعدة وفي قطر يتواجد الأمير السابق وإبنه الأمير الحالي.

الفارق الثقافي والفكري بين العرب والغرب كبير ولا مجال لأن يتحمله العقل العربي الذي اعتاد على أبدية الرئيس حتى وصل إلى مرحلة الفرعون، وبالتالي أصبح إسم الدول مرتبط بإسم الرئيس وليس بالدولة لتفقد هذه الدول هيبتها كونها تحولت إلى حاميات أو مزارع يحق لمن يحكمها أن يستعبد الشعوب بإسم القوانين المتحولة والتي تتغير بين يوم وآخر نصرة لفرعون الجديد.
