إزالة 3 أسماء من تقرير المخابرات الأميركية حول مقتل خاشقجي

بعد فترة وجيزة من نشر أجهزة الاستخبارات الأميركية تقريرها، الذي طال انتظاره عن السعوديين المسؤولين عن مقتل جمال خاشقجي، تم حذفه دون تفسير واستبداله بنسخة أخرى،  بعد حذف أسماء ثلاثة رجال كانت قد قالت في البداية، إنهم متواطئين، وفقا لقناة سي إن إن.

وأكدت القناة أن الرابط الأول للتقرير الذي أرسله مكتب مدير الاستخبارات الوطنية اختفى ثم تم استبداله بنسخة ثانية تم حذف فيه ثلاثة من الرجال الذين أعلن فيه أنهم كانوا مسؤولين عن مقتل جمال خاشقجي.

وأشارت إلى أنه لم يلاحظ أحد هذا التغيير بسبب الاحتجاج على عدم معاقبة ولى العهد السعودي الأمير محمد بن سلمان، على مسؤوليته عن مقتل خاشقجي.

وكان مكتب الاستخبارات الوطنية الأميركية أصدر تقريرا حول مقتل خاشقجي، أشار إلى أن محمد بن سلمان، “أجاز” عملية اغتيال أو اعتقال خاشقجي.

وقال التقرير الأميركي إن،محمد بن سلمان، كانت لديه “سيطرة مطلقة” على أجهزة الاستخبارات والأمن في المملكة منذ عام 2017، “ما يجعل من المستبعد جدا أن يكون مسؤولون سعوديون قد نفذوا عملية كهذه من دون الضوء الأخضر الصادر عن الأمير”.

وقال متحدث باسم مكتب الاستخبارات الوطنية للقناة الأميركية: “وضعنا وثيقة منقحة على الموقع لأن الوثيقة الأصلية احتوت خطأ وضع ثلاثة أسماء لم يكن ينبغي إدراجها”.

والأسماء الثلاثة التي تمت إزالتها هم: عبد الله محمد الهوريني، الذي لم يسبق له أن ارتبط بوفاة خاشقجي. وبحسب شخص مطلع على الأعمال الداخلية للمخابرات السعودية، هو شقيق اللواء عبد العزيز بن محمد الهوريني، الوزير المسؤول عن رئاسة أمن الدولة القوية التي تشرف على العديد من وكالات الاستخبارات ومكافحة الإرهاب. ويظهر عبد الله في التقارير السعودية بصفته مساعد رئيس أمن الدولة لمكافحة الإرهاب.

أما الاثنين الآخرين فهما ياسر خالد السالم وإبراهيم السالم، ولم يتضح على الفور من هم.

وخلص تقرير الاستخبارات الأميركية إلى 21 شخصا مسؤولين عن مقتل خاشقجي في إسطنبول، في حين احتوى التقرير الثاني على 18 اسما فقط.

كما أعلنت وزارة الخزانة الأميركية، عزمها فرض عقوبات على 70 سعوديا، مرتبطين بحادثة القتل. وبحسب وسائل إعلام أميركية، فإن إدارة الرئيس جو بايدن تستعد لفرض قيود على تأشيرات لأكثر من 70 سعوديا، ضمن سياسة الولايات المتحدة الجديدة لحماية الصحفيين والمعارضين، خارج بلدانهم.

ومن المقرر أيضا أن تفرض وزارة الخزانة عقوبات على عناصر فرقة التدخل السريع التابعة للحرس الملكي السعودي، والمتورطين في مقتل خاشقجي.
