السجن 23 شهرا مع ايقاف التنفيذ لرونالدو في قضية «التهرب الضريبي»

قبل نجم كرة القدم البرتغالي كريستيانو رونالدو عقوبتي الغرامة المالية والسجن مع إيقاف التنفيذ في قضية التهرب الضريبي في إسبانيا اليوم الثلاثاء.

وقال التلفزيون الاسباني الرسمي ان لاعب (يوفنتوس) الايطالي حاليا مثل أمام القضاء الاسباني لقبول عقوبة السجن لمدة 23 شهرا مع ايقاف التنفيذ ودفع غرامة مالية بقيمة 8ر18 مليون يورو (3ر21 مليون دولار) نتيجة التهرب من دفع الضرائب في الفترة بين 2011 و2014 عندما كان يقيم في إسبانيا ويلعب في صفوف (ريال مدريد).

وكان رونالدو توصل في يوليو من العام الماضي إلى اتفاق مع مصلحة الضرائب الاسبانية بدفع الغرامة المالية وقبول السجن لإغلاق القضية المفتوحة ضده بتهمة التهرب الضريبي بعدما كانت مصلحة الضرائب رفضت في مارس الذي سبقه العرض المالي السابق للبرتغالي بسداد غرامة مالية بقيمة لا تتجاوز خمسة مليون يورو لاعتبارها انها أدنى بكثير مما يترتب عليه جراء التهرب الضريبي.

وكانت النيابة العامة الاسبانية وجهت اتهاما لرونالدو بالتهرب الضريبي بأكثر من 7ر14 مليون يورو (7ر16 مليون دولار) موضحة انه أنشأ هيكلا مؤسسيا للاحتيال على خزائن الدولة بشكل “متعمد”.

وبينت ان رونالدو ارتكب أربع جرائم ضريبية في الفترة بين عامي 2011 و2014 حيث تهرب من دفع مبلغ 4ر1 مليون يورو (6ر1 مليون دولار) لسلطات الضرائب في 2011 و7ر1 مليون يورو (9ر1 مليون دولار) في 2012 قبل ان يتهرب من دفع نحو 2ر3 مليون يورو (6ر3 مليون دولار) ونحو 5ر8 مليونا (6ر9 مليون دولار) في 2013 و2014 ليبلغ المجموع 77ر14 مليون يورو (7ر16 مليون دولار).

يذكر ان قانون العقوبات الاسباني ينص على انه عندما لا تتجاوز عقوبة السجن مدة 24 شهرا فإنه يجوز للقضاة تعليق تنفيذ العقوبة طالما لم يرتكب المحكوم جرائم سابقة.

كذلك مثل اليوم لاعب (ريال مدريد) السابق أيضا تشابي ألونسو أمام المحكمة بشأن قضية تهرب ضريبي أخرى يطالب فيها الادعاء بحبس اللاعب خمس سنوات وتغريمه أربعة ملايين يورو

ووجهت إلى ألونسو الذي اعتزل كرة القدم في 2017 اتهامات بالتهرب الضريبي والاحتيال وعدم دفع نحو مليوني يورو في الفترة بين 2010 و2012 لكنه نفى مرارا ارتكابه أي مخالفة.
