بوتفليقة يوجه رسالة للشباب الجزائري تتعهد بالاصلاح والمتظاهرين يرفضونها ويدعونه لترك الرئاسة
قال حزب جبهة التحرير الوطني الحاكم في الجزائر إن رسالة الرئيس عبدالعزيز بوتفليقة التي بثها التليفزيون الرسمي أمس تمثل “استجابة صادقة لنداء الشباب الجزائري”.
وجاء في البيان الذي أصدره الحزب أن رسالة بوتفليقة تعتبر “شهادة ميلاد جمهورية جزائرية جديدة.”
واضاف البيان أن بوتفليقة التزم بتغيير النظام كما طلب الشارع، ودعا إلى التجاوب مع فحوى الرسالة.
وفي أعقاب بث الرسالة، خرجت احتجاجات ليلية رافضة لها في معظم أنحاء الجزائر.
كذلك تجددت الاحتجاجات في عدد من الجامعات الجزائرية، ردا على تعهدات بوتفليقة بإجراء انتخابات مبكرة حال انتخابه لعهدة خامسة.
وتعهد بوتفليقة حال فوزه بعقد ندوة وطنية شاملة لتحديد الإصلاحات الضرورية، وإعداد دستور جديد للبلاد، وإجراء انتخابات رئاسية مبكرة لا يترشح فيها.

في غضون ذلك، دعت مجموعة من قادة أحزاب المعارضة والنشطاء السياسيين، إلى تفعيل المادة 102 من الدستور التي تنص على شغور منصب رئيس الجمهورية، وتأجيل الإنتخابات الرئاسية المقررة يوم 18 أبريل/نيسان القادم.
وجاء في بيان توج الاجتماع التشاوري الثالث الذي عقد الإثنين بمقر جبهة العدالة والتنمية، تأكيد المجتمعين على “رفض العهدة الخامسة والتحذير مما يمكن أن تتسبب فيه من مخاطر وتحميل سلطات البلاد المسؤولية أمام التاريخ”.
في المقابل، أكدت المعارضة “رفضها للرئاسة المنسوبة للمترشح الرئيس شكلا ومضمونا لكونها مجرد مناورات لإجهاض الحراك الشعبي والالتفاف على أهدافه وتضحياته ومحاولة تمديد عمر هذا النظام”.
ومن ناحية أخرى، أعلن عبدالعزيز بلعيد، رئيس حزب جبهة المستقبل الجزائري، انسحابه من انتخابات الرئاسة، وذلك بعد أقل من أسبوع من تقديم أوراق انتخابه، يوم السبت الماضي.
وتقاطع أحزاب العمال، وطلائع الحريات، وحركة مجتمع السلم (حمس) الانتخابات الرئاسية احتجاجا على ترشح بوتفليقة.
جدير بالذكر أن بوتفليقة لا يزال في مجمع المستشفيات الجامعية في جنيف، وتقدم عبدالغني زعلان، مدير حملته الانتخابية، بأوراق ترشحه نيابة عنه.
وقالت وكالة الأنباء الجزائرية الرسمية إن التقدم بأوراق الترشح لا يحتاج إلى حضور بوتفليقة شخصيا.
