مقالتنا اليوم لا تنبع حروفها من أغنية عميد الطرب العربي الفنان محمد عبده ولا كلماتنا اليوم تحلل وتفكك ما كتبه رائد الخليج العربي للشعر العربي الأمير الشاعر خالد الفيصل من كلمات «كل ما نسنس»، إنما اليوم سطورنا تكتب عن هبوب درجات الحرارة التي في كل يوم تزداد درجتين أو أكثر من الأمس «الله يجيرنا من نار جهنم».

ذلك هو مناخنا برد قارس في الشتاء وحر شديد في الصيف ومن هذا وذاك يبقى لنا السؤال، ونسأل لمن يمتلك القرار: ما الحلول التي نقدر من خلالها أن نخفض من درجة الحرارة وتجعلنا نستشعر بنسمة سلام؟

درست في الماضي في كل من المرحلة الابتدائية والمتوسطة والثانوية أن الزراعة لها العديد من الفوائد ومنها «تعديل المناخ» وتلك ليست بقضيتنا ولا إضاءتنا التي نصبو إليها ! فنحن لسنا بمحللين زراعيين ولا اختصاصنا علم طبقات الأرض ولا الجو ولكن نمتلك بعض الشيء من ثقافة الزراعة وأهميتها في حياتنا اليومية ومن تلك الثقافة كانت إضاءتنا لبعض المسؤولين الذين يقومون بنزع العديد من الأشجار وهدم الكثير من الحدائق ومن هذا وذاك ما يقوم به بعض مسؤولينا ما هو إلا تنفيذ القانون!

اليوم نكتب باسم القانون وإن صح القول القانوني «بروح القانون»! لمن قاموا بكتابته واعتماده وتفعيله لإزالة الحدائق والأشجار أيا كانت مواقعها وأماكنها ونسأل مسؤولينا بكلمات تشتد بشدة الحرارة وبحروف تكتب بشمس ملتهبة لا تجد ظلا ولا ظلالا: أيهما الأفضل بأن نمكث في أرض صحراء تلهبها الشمس؟ أم نقوم بالتشجير وزراعة جميع أنحاء عروس الخليج؟ أيهما أفضل يا سيدي التخضير أم التبوير!

٭ مسك الختام: في تاريخ 11/6/2012 الموافق يوم الاثنين نشرت جريدة «الأنباء» تصريحا للأستاذ عيسى رمضان تحت عنوان «زراعة الأشجار الحل الأمثل لتلطيف الطقس.. فكل شجرة تعادل 10 مكيفات».. يا ريت يا أصحاب القرار تقومون بالاطلاع على كل ما كتب في ذلك التصريح وسوف تجدون أنفسكم أمام استراتيجية علمية تعمل على تخفيض الحرارة وتحد من شدتها كما تعمل على جمالية عروس الخليج.. نرجو الاطلاع وتفعيل سطورها باسم القانون… والله من وراء القصد.
