الحكومة السورية تعلن هدنه في شمالها بعد تشكيل الأمم المتحدة لجنة تحقيق بهجماتها على المنشآت الحيوية

دخلت الهدنة في شمالي سوريا حيز التنفيذ الجمعة وتوقف الغارات الجوية السورية، غير أن نيران أرضية من المعارضة أسفرت عن مقتل شخص واحد على الأقل، في قرية تسيطر عليها الحكومة السورية بالقرب من مسقط رأس الرئيس بشار الأسد، بحسب ما ذكرت تقارير إعلامية سورية.
وقد أعلنت الحكومة السورية الهدنة أمس بعد ساعات من تشكيل الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة أنطونيو غوتيريش، لجنة تحقيق بالهجمات التي قامت بها قواتها على المنشآت الحيوية في مناطق الشمال ولا سيما المستشفيات والمدارس خلال الأشهر الأخيرة وأسفرت عن مقتل وإصابة المئات وتدمير بنى تحتية حيوية للسكان.
ونقلت وسائل إعلام سورية، عن مسؤول عسكري لم يكشف عن اسمه، قوله إن وقف إطلاق النار المشروط دخل حيز التنفيذ في منتصف ليل الخميس. إلا أن مراسل النشرة الدولية أفاد بأن قوات الأسد والميليشيات المساندة لها خرقت اليوم الجمعة، اتفاق هدنة وقف إطلاق النار الذي بدأ منتصف الليل، وذلك باستهدافها عدة مواقع بالمدفعية والراجمات على محاور ريف حماة الشمالي وإدلب الغربي.
ونوه إلى أن نشطاء على الأرض رصدوا استهداف قوات الأسد براجمات الصواريخ والمدفعية قرى وبلدات لطمين وكفرزيتا والزكاة وزيزون بريف حماة، سقطت القذائف بين منازل المدنيين دون اي إصابات، في وقت قصفت مدفعية النظام بلدة بداما بريف إدلب الجنوبي بالمدفعية.
وأكد نشطاء من إدلب، انهم لم يسجلوا اي إقلاع للطيران الحربي الروسي وطيران الأسد اليوم من القواعد الجوية، في وقت تعيش محافظات الشمال السوري المحرر “إدلب وماحولها”، منذ منتصف الليل مع بدء سريان وقف إطلاق النار، وسط ترقب حذر وتخوف من استئناف القصف، كونهم لايثقون بالهدن الروسية التي ثبت فشلها وخرقها لمرات متكررة.
ويواصل النظام وروسيا شن عملية عسكرية واسعة النطاق بريفي حماة وإدلب منذ 26 نيسان الماضي، بتصعيد غير مسبوق على المنطقة، فشلت جميع الهدن السابقة التي تم الإعلان عنها في تحقيق أي وقف لأطلاق النار، وسط استمرار التصعيد في المنطقة.
وكانت الحكومة السورية قد اشترطت تطبيق الاتفاق الروسي-التركي، القاضي بإنشاء منطقة منزوعة السلاح، بعمق 20 كيلومترا من خط منطقة خفض التصعيد في إدلب وسحب الأسلحة الثقيلة والمتوسطة.
وقالت وكالة الأنباء السورية “سانا” إن مقاتلي المعارضة أطلقوا 5 صواريخ على قرية قرب بلدة القرداحة، مسقط رأس الأسد، مما أسفر عن مقتل مدني وجرح 3 آخرين.
شكوك حول الهدنة
وبدا السفير السوري لدى الأمم المتحدة، بشار الجعفري، متشككا عند الحديث عن الهدنة، وقال إن الآلاف من المقاتلين الأجانب ما زالوا في إدلب، واصفا إياهم بأنهم جزء من “مشروع إرهابي دولي”.
وكانت أنقرة قد شنت العديد من الهجمات داخل سوريا، مما أثار غضب الحكومة السورية، كما يوجد لتركيا أيضا 12 مركز مراقبة يحيط بإدلب، في أعقاب اتفاقية وقف التصعيد التي تم التوصل إليها العام الماضي مع روسيا.
وقال الجعفري في عاصمة كازاخستان، نور سلطان، حيث اختتم اجتماع دولي بشأن سوريا، الجمعة، إن “الهدنة هي لاختبار النوايا التركية”.
