الأنباء الكويتية –

إن المهمة الموكلة للجهاز المركزي لمعالجة أوضاع المقيمين بصورة غير قانونية والذي يرأسه الأخ الفاضل صالح الفضالة، هي مهمة ليست سهلة بل هي شائكة وعسيرة، ونتمنى أن تتكلل جهود القائمين عليه بالنجاح، وأن يطوى هذا الملف إلى الأبد.

والأخ الفضالة واضح وصريح في كل تصريحاته التي أدلى بها بخصوص الأعمال التي قام بها الجهاز الذي يرأسه، ولقد عدد كثيرا من النتائج الإيجابية التي حققها هذا الجهاز للإخوة المقيمين بصورة غير قانونية، وهي كثيرة وتصب جميعها في صالح هؤلاء الإخوة.

ولكن مع الأسف فإن البعض ممن لا يريدون إغلاق هذا الملف والمستفيدين من عذابات المقيمين بصورة غير قانونية، لا يفتأون يتطاولون ويجرحون في الأخ الفضالة وعموم الجهاز الذي يرأسه والذي خطا خطوات جبارة في سبيل إنهاء هذا الموضوع الشائك وإعطاء كل ذي حق حقه.

وأنا هنا لا أعمم على الجميع ولا على كل من يتهم الجهاز بالتقصير، فبعضهم يتعاملون مع القضية من الناحية الإنسانية ويخشون وقوع ظلم من نوع ما على بعض مستحقي الجنسية، وأنا لا أقصد هؤلاء بل أبارك جهودهم وأحيي مواقفهم لرفع الظلم عن أي مظلوم من المقيمين بصورة غير قانونية، ولكنما قصدت ذوي الأغراض الخبيثة الذين يؤلبون على الكويت ويسيئون إليها عن طريق إبقاء هذا الملف مفتوحا إلى الأبد ليبقى بوابة يدخلون منها للمشاغبة والمعايرة والتعييب.

وهؤلاء أصحاب أغراض سياسية ومصالح ومنافع يريدون تكييف هذه القضية بما يتوافق مع مصالحهم وما يحقق لهم من مكاسب، وأتمنى على الإخوة المقيمين بصورة غير قانونية عدم تصديقهم وعدم الانجذاب إليهم والسير وراء أهوائهم، ولا الاستجابة لآرائهم العبثية التي لا تريد لهم خيرا ولا نفعا، بل تريد إبقاء الوضع معلقا.

وإنني على ثقة بأن أحدا لن يظلم وأن كل مستحق للهوية الكويتية سوف ينالها وأن هذا الملف سوف يغلق إلى الأبد.

ويبقى الشكر للقائمين على الجهاز المركزي لمعالجة أوضاع المقيمين بصورة غير قانونية وأولهم الأخ صالح الفضالة واجبا وطنيا مستحقا على كل كويتي يحب وطنه.
