محمد بن زايد يدعو من الرياض إلى الحوار لتسوية الخلافات في عدن
أكد محمد بن زايد آل نهيان ولي عهد أبوظبي ونائب القائد الأعلى للقوات المسلحة الاماراتية، خلال لقائه العاهل السعودي وولي العهد، أن الحوار هو “السبيل الوحيد” لتسوية الخلافات بين اليمنيين.
ونقلت وكالة أنباء الإمارات عن بن زايد قوله إن الإمارات والسعودية تطالبان “الأطراف اليمنية المتنازعة بتغليب لغة الحوار والعقل ومصلحة اليمن”.
وكان مقاتلو المجلس الانتقالي الجنوبي في اليمن سيطروا على عدن، مقر الحكومة المعترف بها دوليا، مما اعتبر ضربة للتحالف الذي تقوده السعودية والذي يحاول أن يجرد الحوثيين من سيطرتهم على الجزء الأكبر من اليمن.
وهونت الإمارات من شأن خلاف مع حليفتها السعودية بخصوص اليمن، وقال ولي عهد أبوظبي إن العلاقات بين الدولتين الخليجيتين ما زالت قوية وإنهما “تقفان معا بقوة وإصرار في خندق واحد في مواجهة القوى التي تهدد أمن دول المنطقة”.
ومع أن لمقاتلي المجلس الجنوبي أجندة مغايرة لتلك التي تتبناها حكومة عبد ربه منصور هادي حول مستقبل اليمن إلا أنهم كانوا يشاركون في التحالف السعودي المؤيد لها منذ عام 2015.

وعقد محمد بن سلمان، ولي العهد السعودي، محادثات منفصلة مع بن زايد، وفقا لتغريدة نشرتها الخارجية السعودية على حسابها على موقع التواصل الاجتماعي تويتر.
وقالت الخارجية إن الأميرين “ناقشا العلاقات القوية بين البلدين، والموقف في اليمن، والجهود التي يبذلها الجانبان من أجل تحقيق الأمن وإرساء الاستقرار.”
ويشكل القتال الذي اندلع الأسبوع الماضي، والذي شهد سيطرة قوات الحزام الأمني على القصر الرئاسي ومعسكرات الجيش في اليمن، تهديدا بفتح جبهة جديدة في الحرب الأهلية التي تنطوي على كثير من التعقيد، والتي دمرت الدولة العربية الأفقر على مستوى العالم.
وتتخذ الحكومة من عدن عاصمة مؤقتة لها، لكن الرئيس هادي لا يزال يقيم في السعودية.
ودعت الرياض إلى الحوار ووقف إطلاق النار، وهي الدعوة التي قالت القوات الحكومية والانفصاليون إنهم يدعمونها.
وقال زعيم الانفصاليين ورئيس المجلس الانتقالي الجنوبي عيدروس الزبيدي أن مقاتليه ما زالوا يدعمون التحالف في مواجهة الحوثيين الذين أخرجوا هادي من صنعاء أواخر عام 2014.
لكنه لم يتعهد بسحب قواته من مبان حكومية سيطرت عليها بعد اشتباكات أدت لمقتل 40 شخصا بينهم مدنيون.
وسلحت الإمارات ودربت آلاف المقاتلين الجنوبيين التابعين للزبيدي، وهو قائد فصيل مسلح ظهر في المشهد في أواخر عام 2015 بعد المساعدة في إخراج الحوثيين من عدن.
وأدت الحرب الدائرة في اليمن منذ أربعة أعوام ونصف إلى مقتل عشرات الآلاف ودفعت البلد إلى شفا مجاعة.
وتصاعد العنف في مناطق أخرى باليمن بعدما كثف الحوثيون هجماتهم الصاروخية وهجمات بطائرات مسيرة على مدن سعودية.
وتعاني اليمن من كارثة إنسانية جراء الصراع الدائر في البلاد. وتشير تقديرات الأمم المتحدة إلى أن حوالي 80 في المئة من اليمنيين يحتاجون إلى مساعدات إنسانية.
