وزارة التجارة والصناعة الكويتية: 59 تدبيرا احترازيا لـ “مكافحة غسيل الأموال وتمويل الإرهاب”

قالت وزارة التجارة والصناعة إن إدارة مكافحة غسيل الأموال وتمويل الإرهاب التابعة لها أصدرت 59 تدبيرا احترازيا على الشركات المخالفة الخاضعة لأحكام القانون رقم 106 لسنة 2013 في سبتمبر الماضي.

وأضافت الوزارة في بيان صحافي أمس أن التدابير تضمنت توجيه إنذارات كتابية لـ 17 شركة عقارية وإنذارين لشركتي صرافة و4 إنذارات لشركات مجوهرات وإنذار لشركة تأمين.

وأوضحت أن التدابير تضمنت أيضا أمرا بإلزام 19 شركة عقارات و5 شركات صرافة وأربع شركات تأمين و4 شركات مجوهرات باتباع إجراءات محددة لتتوافق مع القانون والابتعاد عن المخالفات.

وذكرت أن إدارة مكافحة غسيل الأموال وتمويل الإرهاب استكملت إجراءاتها قبل اتخاذ الإدارات المختصة في الوزارة إجراءات الترخيص لنحو 112 طلب تأسيس خلال الشهر ذاته منها 80 شركة عقارية وشركة صرافة واحدة و26 شركة مجوهرات و5 شركات تأمين.

ولفتت إلى أن «مكافحة غسيل الأموال» قامت بتحديث بيانات 77 ترخيصا موزعة على 55 شركة عقارية و20 شركة مجوهرات وشركة تأمين وشركة صرافة.

وذكرت الوزارة في البيان أن تعيين مراقبي الالتزام وتحديث بياناتهم شمل 59 مراقبا موزعين على 31 في الشركات العقارية و2 في الصرافة و21 في المجوهرات و5 في التأمين، لافتة إلى التدقيق ميدانيا على 33 منشأة منها ست منشآت تجارية لنشاط العقار و8 للصرافة و19 للمجوهرات.
