في سابقة تسجل في لبنان والدول العربية، ضمت الحكومة اللبنانية الجديدة برئاسة حسان دياب، 6 سيدات، من بين 20 وزيرا.
وتقلدت السيدات في هذه الحكومة، التي تم الإعلان عنها أمس الثلاثاء، وزارت وازنة، أبرزها الدفاع، والعدل، والإعلام.
ويعد تولي سيدة وزارة الدفاع، الأول من نوعه في لبنان والعالم العربي، إلا أن لبنان كان قد اختبر تولي سيدة مركزا وزاريا أمنيا في حكومة سعد الحريري السابقة، حيث شغلت ريا الحسن منصب وزارة الداخلية والبلديات.
وعين دياب، زينة عكر عدرا، وزيرة للدفاع ونائبة لرئيس مجلس الوزراء، وهي تحمل شهادة البكالوريوس في العلوم الاجتماعية في التسويق والإدارة من الجامعة اللبنانية الأمريكية، لديها أكثر من 20 عاما من الخبرة العملية والإدارية والبحثية.
أسست عكر وأدارت برنامج جمعية التنمية الاجتماعية والثقافية (INMA)، وهي منظمة غير حكومية، كما أقامت اتصالات وثيقة مع المانحين الدوليين والمنظمات غير الحكومية ووكالات الأمم المتحدة والبنوك المحلية والمؤسسات المالية.
وزيرة الشباب والرياضة فارتينيه أوهانيان، حاصلة على إجازة في العلوم الاجتماعية من الجامعة اللبنانية، ودبلوم إدارة مشاريع من جامعة هايكازيان. أدارت مركز “زوارتنوتس” التربوي والتأهيلي لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وعملت مرشدة اجتماعية ومنسقة إدارية لمركز زوارتنوتس وفي مطرانية الأرمن الأرثوذكس في لبنان.
وزيرة العدل ماري كلود نجم، هي بروفيسورة لدى كلية الحقوق والعلوم السياسية في جامعة القديس يوسف في بيروت، ورئيسة قسم القانون الخاص ومديرة مركز الدراسات الحقوقية للعالم العربي.
عملت نجم أستاذة زائرة لسنوات عدة في جامعة بانتيون – أساس (باريس1) وفي جامعة بانتيون – سربون (باريس2)، وهي محامية بالاستئناف منتسبة إلى نقابة المحامين، ولها أبحاث عدة في مواضيع تنازع القوانين والاختصاص الدولي، خاصة في الأنظمة المتعددة القوانين.
بالإضافة إلى عملها المهني، ساهمت في مشاريع ومبادرات للمجتمع المدني.
وزيرة العمل لميا يمين الدويهي، هي مهندسة معمارية استشارية، وأستاذة جامعية في كلية الفنون الجميلة والعمارة في الجامعة اللبنانية، وعضو مجلس إدارة في شركة خاصة.
وزيرة المهجرين غادة شريم، حاصلة على دكتوراه في الأدب الفرنسي، مشرفة على مجلة فيروز الصادرة عن دار الصياد.
شغلت منصب مديرة كلية الآداب والعلوم الإنسانية-الفرع الرابع في الجامعة اللبنانية، كما عملت أستاذة محاضرة في الجامعة اللبنانية. وتعد ناشطة في مجال حقوق المرأة السياسية.
وزيرة الإعلام منال عبد الصمد، شغلت منصب رئيس دائرة التشريع والسياسات الضريبية في مديرية الضريبة على القيمة المضافة – وزارة المال، وهي أستاذة محاضرة في جامعة القديس يوسف في بيروت.
ونالت دكتوراه دولة في القانون، من جامعة باريس 1 – السوربون، وذلك بتقدير ممتاز مع مرتبة الشرف الأولى وتنويه من اللجنة الفاحصة في العام 2015.
