8 من 10 مهنيين يخططون للبحث عن عمل خلال شهر رمضان المبارك

يُعتبر شهر رمضان من أكثر المواسم ايجابية في الشرق الأوسط، حيث يتجه العديد من الأشخاصخلال هذا الشهر الفضيل إلى زيادة أعمال الخير واتباع الممارسات التي تساعد على ضبط النفس. وفي هذا الإطار، أطلق بيت.كوم، أكبر موقع للوظائف في الشرق الأوسط، استبيانه السنوي “رمضان في الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا”، حيث أشار إلى أن أكثر من 8 من 10 مهنيين ينوونتخصيص المزيد من الوقت للبحث عن عمل خلال هذا الشهر المبارك.

الإنتاجية في رمضان

قال 29٪ من المهنيين في المنطقة بأن انتاجيتهم ترتفع خلال شهر رمضان، بينما قال 60٪ بأنها تبقى على حالها، فيما صرّحت نسبة 11٪ فقط أن إنتاجيتها تنخفض.

وعلى الرغم من أن 39٪ من المجيبين يؤكدون على أن أعباء العمل تتزايد خلال الشهر الفضيل،يرى 23٪ منهم أن أعباء العمل تبقى على حالها، بينما صرحت نسبة 30٪بأنها تنخفض خلال هذا الشهر.

وفيما أظهر غالبية المجيبين (73٪) عبر المنطقة رضاهم عن الدعم الذي يتلقونه من مدرائهم، بقي 16٪ محايدون في هذا الإطار، في حين عبّر11٪ فقط عن عدم رضاهم.وإضافة إلى ذلك، تقوم غالبية الشركات في المنطقةبإجراء تعديلات خاصة خلال شهر رمضان، من ضمنها توفير ساعات عمل مرنة والتساهل مع انخفاض الإنتاجية/المواعيد النهائية.

وتعليقاً على الاستبيان، قالت عُلا حداد، المديرة الإداريةللموارد البشرية في بيت.كوم:”يعتبر رمضان شهراً مهماًللمهنيين في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا، حيث يتجهون للتفكير بعمق في حياتهم الشخصية والروحية والمهنية، كما يصبحون أكثر تركيزاً وإنتاجية.” وأضافت:”لقد أظهر هذا الاستبيانبأن العديد من المهنيين ينوون تخصص وقت أكبر للبحث عن عمل خلال هذا الشهر الفضيل، ونحن نساعدهم على تحقيق ذلك من خلال توفير آلاف الوظائف على موقع بيت.كوم بشكل يومي.”

شهر التأمل وتطوير الذات

عندما سُئل المجيبون عنالجوانب المفضلة لديهم خلال شهر رمضان، قال أكثر من الربع (29٪) أن ممارسة الشعائر الدينية هي أكثرالجوانب التي يفضلونها في الشهر الفضيل، في حين قال 10٪ أنهم يستمتعون بقضاء وقتمع الأصدقاء والعائلة، فيما يستمتع 4٪ بالراحة وأوقات أكثر هدوءاً. ومن المثير للاهتمام أن 16٪ من المجيبين يقولون بأن رمضان هو وقت مناسب للتركيز على أهدافهم المهنية، فيما قال 41٪ أنهم يستمتعون بجميع هذه الجوانب المذكورة.

وفيمايتعلق بنمط الحياة المُتبع خلال شهر رمضان ، قال81٪من المجيبين أنهم يتبنون أسلوب حياة أكثر صحة.

بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يوافق 55٪ من المجيبين في المنطقة على أن شركتهم تتجه لزيادة الأنشطة الخيرية خلال الشهر الفضيل، فيما قال 15٪ أن مستوى هذه النشاطات يبقى على حاله في رمضان.
