أدانت محكمة أردنية، نجل نائب مشتكى عليه في قضية جرت أحداثها على دوار عبدون غربي عمان.

المحكمة أدانت نجل النائب بجرم إهانة الشعور الديني، وجرم مقاومة رجال الأمن العام وجرم تحقير الموظفين وجرم اعتداء على موظف.

وعملا بأحكام المادة (52) من قانون العقوبات وإسقاط دعوى الحق العام عن المشتكى عليه تبعا لإسقاط الحق ‏الشخصي وعملا بأحكام المادة (72) من قانون العقوبات تقرر المحكمة تنفيذ العقوبة الاشد الصادرة بحق المشتكى عليه لتصبح العقوبة الواجبة ‏النفاذ الحبس ثلاثة اشهر والرسوم محسوبة له مدة التوقيف.

وقد ثبت للمحكمة أنه وبالقرب من دوار عبدون واثناء قيام منظمي الضبط بالوظيفة الرسمية وبناء على معلومات ‏بوجود حادث دهس ذهب المشتكون (رجال الامن ) الى المنطقة حيث شوهد المشتكى عليه (م) وعند سؤاله عن الواقعة قام بالسب والشتم على منظمي الضبط ‏ واتبعها بقوله انا ابوي نائب.
