أمير الكويت يعفو عن 2370 محكوم منهم 958 إفراج فوري
النشرة الدولية –
بتوجيه من أمير الكويت، الشيخ صباح الأحمد الجابر الصباح، صدر المرسوم الأميري رقم 87 لسنة 2020 بشأن العفو عن باقي مدة العقوبة المقيدة للحرية أو تخفيضها أو الغرامة المحكوم بها على عدد 2370 نزيل في السجون سيتم الإفراج الفوري عنهم وعددهم 958 وفق القواعد واللوائح المعمول بها في المؤسسات الإصلاحية والبقية ما بين تخفيض العقوبة والغرامة المالية.
مجلس الوزراء الكويتي، باشر تنفيذ مرسوم الإفراج عن من شملهم العفو الأميري بعد أن قامت النيابة العامة بمراجعة الكشوف والتأكد من مطابقة المعفى عنهم للشروط والضوابط المحددة وفق اللوائح المنظمة وذلك بالتعاون مع الوزارة.
وتجدر الإشارة بأن جميع المفرج عنهم هم من يقضون مدة عقوبتهم داخل المؤسسات الإصلاحية ويتمتعون بحسن السير والسلوك بهدف منحهم الفرصة ليعودوا إلى المجتمع عناصر تساهم في بناء وطنهم.
