على مدار اليومين الماضيين، شهد حي البساتين بالعاصمة المصرية القاهرة، مظاهرات واشتباكات عنيفة بين المتظاهرين وقوات الأمن، تزامنا مع دعوات للتظاهر يوم 20 سبتمبر.

وكشف شاهد عيان أنه بحلول الساعة 11 يوم 20 سبتمبر، خرج عشرات الأشخاص، الذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين 14 -19 سنة، للمطالبة بـ”بإسقاط النظام”، و”رحيل الرئيس عبدالفتاح السيسي”.

وأفاد الشاهد بأن الشرطة حاولت تفريق المتظاهرين بإطلاق القنابل المسيلة للدموع، ورد المتظاهرون بإلقاء الحجارة، مما أسفر عن إصابة ضابطين و3 أمناء شرطة، وتحطيم زجاج سيارات تابعة للشرطة.

وكان رجل الأعمال، محمد علي، قد دعا المصريين إلى الخروج في مظاهرات يوم 20 سبتمبر، للمطالبة بـ”إسقاط النظام السياسي” تزامنا مع زيادة غضب المصريين من قانون إزالة التعديات وقانون التصالح، وتدهو الوضع الاقتصادي في مصر بسبب انتشار فيروس كورونا، ناهيك عن معضلة سد النهضة.

وفي اليومين الماضيين، شهدت العاصمة المصرية انتشارا مكثفا لقوات الأمن المركزي ومكافحة الشغب ومركبات مصفحة في مختلف الشوارع. لكن ذلك لم يمنع وقوع  بعض الاشتباكات في أماكن متفرقة مثل حي البساتين في القاهرة، ومدينة البدراشين بمحافظة الجيزة.

وخلال الأسابيع الماضية، وقعت اشتباكات متفرقة في مختلف أنحاء الجمهورية، بين قوات الأمن وبعض الأشخاص، أثناء محاولات الأمن تنفيذ قرارات إزالة منازلهم، مما أسفر عن مقتل ضابط وأمين شرطة في صعيد مصر.

وأكد الشاهد لموقع “الحرة” أنه مع تزايد الاشتباكات بين المتظاهرين وقوات الأمن، بدأ أهالي الحي ينضمون إلى المظاهرات لمساندة الشباب الغاضب، ثم توجهت المسيرات إلى شارع الجزارين في الحي.

وأضاف الشاهد في حديثه أنه في حلول الساعة 1 بعد منتصف الليل، كانت المسيرات وصلت إلى عزبة النصر التابعة لحي البساتين، وقامت مدرعات الشرطة بمحاصرة العزبة، ووقعت اشتباكات عنيفة، واستخدمت الشرطة الرصاص الحي والخرطوش، مما أدى إلى وقوع إصابات في صفوف الجانبين، كما اعتقلت قوات الأمن بعض المتظاهرين.

وأشار إلى أنه في الساعات الأولى لليوم التالي، فرضت قوات الأمن والجيش طوقا أمنيا حول الحي وعزبة النصر، وبدأت عمليات إيقاف لأي شخص يحاول دخول أو الخروج من الحي، كما نفذت قوات الأمن عمليات اعتقال عشوائي لعدد  من سكان الحي، من بينهم نساء وأطفال.

ولفت إلى أن عمليات الاعتقال تمت من المنازل، وشملت الأطفال الذي كانوا يصورون الاشتباكات، وعمرهم لا يتجاوز 14 عاما.

ورفض الأمن المصري التعليق على أحداث الحي وحملة الاعتقالات، لكن مصدرا في قسم شرطة البساتين أفاد  لـ”موقع الحرة” بأن أجهزة الأمن ألقت القبض على عدد من المواطنين، وجرى التحقيق معهم بمعرفة ضباط من الأمن الوطني،  ثم حولتهم لنيابة الأمن الوطني، والتي قررت حبسهم 15 يوما علي ذمة التحقيق.

وزود المصدر “موقع الحرة” بقائمة أسماء للمواطنين الذين تم اعتقالهم على خلفية تلك الأحداث، والبالغ عددهم  25 شخصا، لكن الموقع يتحفظ على نشرها.

ووقعت اشتباكات مماثلة بين المتظاهرين وقوات الأمن في قرية أبو راجون بمدينة البدراشين التابعة لمحافظة الجيزة، وفقا لمصدر أمني.

وأكد مصدر أمنى في وزارة الداخلية لقناة “الحرة” أنه تم القبض على مجموعة من المتظاهرين حاولت التعدي على سيارة الشرطة، وجارى اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية حيالهم.

وأضاف المصدر أنه من المقرر أن يخضع المتهمون لتحقيقات مكثفة، حيث يواجهون العديد من التهم المتعلقة بمحاولة التخريب والتظاهر بدون تصريح.

وكان رجل الأعمال، محمد علي، والذي هرب من مصر إلى إسبانيا، بعد نشره مقاطع فيديو يتهم فيها قيادات الجيش بالفساد، واتهم السيسي ببناء قصور فارهة لعائلته وأصدقائه، وحينها اضطر السيسي للرد عليها في أحد المؤتمرات الشبابية.
