خسرت الفنانة العالمية أنجلينا جولي جولة في معركة حضانتها لأولادها، لكنها لم تخسر المعركة، حيث لا تزال دعواها منظورة أمام القضاء.

فقبل فترة رفعت جولي دعوى للحصول على الحضانة الكاملة لأولادها من الممثل العالمي براد بيت، وقد تسلمها القاضي جون أوديركيرك، الذي طلبت جولي استبعاده عن القضية، بسبب علاقته التجارية المزعومة مع محامي زوجها السابق، لكن المحكمة العليا في كاليفورنيا أصرت على أن “القاضي أوديركيرك مؤهل للعمل كقاضٍ مؤقت في هذه القضية، لذلك حالة عدم الأهلية مرفوضة”.

ورد جون على اتهامات جولي له، وكتب في وثائق المحكمة السابقة: “إن الاعتراض على خدمتي المستمرة لا يغير قدرتي على عرض وتقييم الأدلة المقدمة من كلا الجانبين بموضوعية وتطبيق القانون بنزاهة”.

وأشار إلى أن جولي فشلت في إثبات أي شكل من أشكال التحيز في القضية.
