أول رد جزائري على اعتراف ترامب بسيادة المغرب على الصحراء

حذرت الجزائر، السبت، من “عمليات أجنبية” تهدف إلى زعزعة الاستقرار، متحدثة عن إسرائيل، في أعقاب اعتراف واشنطن بسيادة المغرب على الصحراء الغربية، مقابل تطبيع العلاقات بين المغرب وإسرائيل.
وقال رئيس الوزراء، عبد العزيز جراد، في أول رد فعل لبلاده على القرار الأميركي إن هناك “تحديات تحيط بالبلاد”، مشيرا إلى وجود تهديدات على حدود البلاد التي “وصل إليها الكيان الصهيوني”.
وكان الرئيس الأميركي، دونالد ترامب، أعلن الخميس أن إسرائيل والمغرب اتفقا على تطبيع العلاقات، في رابع اتفاق عربي – إسرائيلي من نوعه خلال أربعة أشهر. وكجزء من الاتفاق، ستعترف الولايات المتحدة بسيادة المغرب على منطقة الصحراء الغربية المتنازع عليها.
وقال البيت الأبيض في بيان إن الولايات المتحدة ستعترف بسيادة المملكة على الصحراء الغربية، وهي المنطقة التي كانت تحت الاحتلال الإسباني في السابق وكانت محل نزاع طويل الأمد أربك المفاوضين الدوليين لعقود.
وأعلن البيت الأبيض أن ترامب “أعاد تأكيد دعمه لمقترح المغرب الجاد والموثوق والواقعي للحكم الذاتي باعتباره الأساس الوحيد لحل عادل ودائم للنزاع على أراضي الصحراء الغربية، وعلى هذا النحو اعترف الرئيس بالسيادة المغربية على كامل أراضي الصحراء الغربية”.
ويطالب المغرب بالسيادة على المستعمرة الإسبانية السابقة وكذلك جبهة البوليساريو التي تحظى بدعم الجزائر، جارة الرباط والمنافسة الإقليمية الكبرى لها. وقد توقفت المفاوضات التي تقودها الأمم المتحدة لإيجاد حل للمنطقة منذ ربيع العام 2019.
وفي منتصف نوفمبر، عزز المغرب الذي يسيطر على ثلثي مساحة الصحراء الغربية وواجهتها البحرية الغنية بالأسماك ومخزون الفوسفات، تواجده عبر إرسال قواته إلى منطقة عازلة كانت تسيطر عليها الأمم المتحدة، بهدف تأمين الطريق الوحيد إلى غرب إفريقيا في أقصى الجنوب.
ومنذ ذلك الحين، والوضع متوتر بعدما انتهكت جبهة البوليساريو التي تدعمها الجزائر وتطالب باستقلال الصحراء، اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار الموقع في العام 1991 تحت رعاية الأمم المتحدة.
