ترامب الغاضب.. المحكمة الأميركية العليا خذلتنا
بعد رفض المحكمة الأميركية العليا دعوى قضائية أقامتها ولاية تكساس بدعم من الرئيس دونالد ترامب سعيا لإلغاء نتائج الانتخابات في أربع ولايات، قال ترامب في تغريدة على حسابه في تويتر: “المحكمة العليا خذلته ولم تتحلى بالحكمة والشجاعة”.
ورفضت المحكمة العليا يوم أمس الجمعة النظر في دعوى تقدمت بها سلطات تكساس لإلغاء نتائج الانتخابات الرئاسية، كما رفضت الادعاءات الأخرى ذات الصلة.
والولايات التي طالب المدعي العام لولاية تكساس كين باكستون بإلغاء نتائج الانتخابات الرئاسية فيها هي جورجيا وميشيغان وبنسلفانيا وويسكونسن، وجميعها حاسمة.
وفي حين يرتقب أن يتجمع كبار الناخبين الاثنين لتأكيد أصواتهم، يواصل ترامب رفض الاعتراف بهزيمته أمام الديمقراطي جو بايدن، ويؤكد أن الانتخابات “سرقت” منه.
وفي ظل غياب عناصر ملموسة تدعم اتهامات ترامب بحصول عمليات تزوير في الانتخابات، فإن غالبية الشكاوى التي قدمها حلفاؤه في جميع أنحاء الولايات المتحدة قد أسقطت في المحاكم.
وكان أكثر من 120 عضوا جمهوريا في الكونغرس قد انضموا إلى هذا الإجراء، على الرغم من الانتقادات الشديدة التي وجهها خبراء قانونيون لهم.
وتمهد هذه الخطوة الطريق لتأكيد أن الرئيس المنتخب جو بايدن سيكون الرئيس 46 للبلاد.
وهذه هي المرة الثانية في الأيام الأخيرة التي تبطل فيها المحكمة جهود فريق ترامب لإلغاء النتائج الانتخابية.
وكان قضاة قد رفضوا الثلاثاء الماضي محاولة النائب الجمهوري مايك كيلي من ولاية بنسلفانيا وآخرين عرقلة نتائج الانتخابات في الولاية.
