بيتكوين تحقق مكاسب قياسية مجددا في أعقاب إعلان شركة “تسلا”

وسّعت العملات المشفرة مكاسبها في الأسواق الآسيوية، صباح الثلاثاء، مع وصول بيتكوين وإيثيريوم إلى مستويات قياسية، في أعقاب إعلان شركة “تسلا” استثمارها في بيتكوين.
وسجلت بيتكوين أكبر نسبة مئوية لمكاسبها اليومية منذ أكثر من ثلاث سنوات، وأضافت ما يصل إلى 2.5 في المئة لنسبتها لتصل إلى مستوى قياسي بلغ 47565.86 دولارًا، الثلاثاء، بينما سجلت إيثيريوم رقمًا قياسيًا قدره 1.784 دولارًا.

واستثمرت شركة تسلا 1,5 مليار دولار في بتكوين وستباشر قبول هذه العملة الافتراضية مقابل سياراتها.
ويأتي قرار تسلا بعد أيام من تغيير مدير الشركة المصنعة للسيارات الكهربائية، إيلون ماسك، توصيف حسابه على تويتر مؤقتاً واستبداله بعبارة “بتكوين” فقط.
الإعلان الذي صدر عبر وثيقة وجهت، الاثنين، لهيئة الأوراق المالية والبورصات الأميركية، يشكّل علامة ثقة بالعملة الافتراضية.
وأوضحت تسلا أنها غيرت مؤخراً سياستها الاستثمارية بهدف تنويع مصادر سيولتها، وكسب مزيد من المرونة لتكون أكثر قدرة على الدفع لمساهميها.
وفي هذا السياق، أعطى المجلس الإداري للشركة عبر لجنة مراجعة الحسابات، الضوء الأخضر للشركة للاستثمار في أصول مالية متنوعة من ضمنها بتكوين.
وبالإضافة إلى هذا الاستثمار المباشر، “ستبدأ تسلا بقبول بتكوين كوسيلة للدفع مقابل شراء منتجاتها في المستقبل القريب”، وفق ما أفادت المجموعة.
وبتكوين عملة افتراضية أنشأها مجهولون وتديرها شبكة لا مركزية، لكنها متقلبة بشكل كبير ويصعب التنبؤ بسعرها.
ونظراً لهذا التقلب وغموض الجهات التي أنشأتها، لا يرحب البعض باستخدامها وتدعو إلى تشديد تنظيمها.
وكانت وزيرة الخزانة الأميركية الجديدة جانيت يلين، حذرت في خطاب تأكيد تعيينها في مجلس الشيوخ من أن العملات الافتراضية “تستخدم بشكل رئيسي” لتمويل أنشطة غير مشروعة” وتمثّل مصدر “قلق خاص” .
وأضافت أن على الحكومة الأميركية درس وسائل للحد من استخدامها وضمان ألا تصبح وسيلة لتبييض الأموال.
