مسؤولو كوريا الشمالية يمارسون عنفا جنسيا ضد النساء

قالت منظمة “هيومن رايتس ووتش” الحقوقية، الخميس، إن الانتهاكات الجنسية التي يقوم بها مسؤولون في مواقع سلطة في كوريا الشمالية “متفشية”.

ويشتكي نشطاء من أن السجل الحقوقي لهذا البلد المعزول يتم تجاهله، في ظل المساعي الدولية لتحسين العلاقات.

وأضافت المنظمة في تقرير حول العنف الجنسي في كوريا الشمالية، نشرته على موقعها الإلكتروني، إن “الانتهاكات الجنسية شائعة جدا في البلاد، وأصبحت مقبولة باعتبارها جزءا من الحياة العادية”.

وأجرى محققون من المنظمة ومقرها الولايات المتحدة مقابلات مع أكثر من 60 شخصا من كوريا الشمالية رحلوا عن البلاد.

ووصف التقرير الانتهاكات الجنسية والعنف بأنهما “شائعان لدرجة أنهما أصبحا مقبولين في إطار الحياة العادية”.

وتتسم عملية جمع المعلومات في كوريا الشمالية بالصعوبة البالغة، وأقرت “هيومن رايتس ووتش” بأن المسح الذي أجرته محدود للغاية، ولا يصلح لتقديم عينة معممة.

وقال أحد محققي المنظمة الذي تحدث شريطة عدم نشر اسمه نظرا لحساسية طبيعة عمله، إن “إفادات من أجريت معهم مقابلات ترسم صورة للانتهاكات الجنسية، ومنها الاغتصاب”.

وأضاف أن “تلك الانتهاكات منتشرة على نطاق واسع، لدرجة أن الكثير من النساء اللواتي أجريت معهن مقابلات لم يدركن أن الجنس القسري شيء ينبغي ألا يحدث بشكل شبه يومي”.

وفي السياق نفسه، قال المدير التنفيذي لرايتس ووتش كينيث روث، في تصريح صحفي، إن “عدم فعل الحكومة أي شيء لمنع الانتهاكات الجنسية التي يمارسها المسؤولون أمر مروع”.
