أعلن فريق سبايس غيرلز عن عودته للجولات الغنائية وسيبدأ بجولة داخل بريطانيا في يونيو/حزيران المقبل دون فيكتوريا بيكهام.

ونشرت عضوات الفريق ميلاني شيزولم، وإيما بانتون، وجيري هورنو، وميلاني براون تسجيلا مصورا على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي يؤكد عودتهن معاً لعالم الغناء.

وكان الفريق ظهر منذ 23 عاما وحققت أغانيه شهرة حول العالم، وتركت جيري هورنر الفرقة عام 1998، وأدت بقية الفتيات معاً حتى انفصالهن في عام 2000.

وستبدأ جولة الفرقة من مانشستر في الأول من يونيو/حزيران، وستقيم الفرقة حفلات في كوفنتري وسندرلاند وإدنبره وبريستول ، ليختتمن الجولة في ملعب ويمبلي في لندن.

وقال بيان صادر عن الفرقة إن فيكتوريا بيكهام – التي تقدر قيمة شركتها لتصميم الأزياء بملايين الجنيهات- “لن تشارك في الجولة الغنائية للفرقة بسبب ارتباطات العمل”.

وقالت بيكهام في بيان لها “مشاركتي في سبايس غيرلز كان جزءاً مهماً في حياتي وأتمنى للفتيات الكثير من الحب والفرح في جولتهن الغنائية”، مضيفة أعلم أنهن سيقدمن عروضاً رائعة يستمع بها جميع المعجبين بهن”.

وكانت ميل بي أعلنت الأحد عن القيام بجولة غنائية عالمية، مضيفة أنها ما تزال تأمل بمشاركة فيكتوريا بيكهام في بعض هذه الحفلات.

وأضافت “نحن الأربعة أكدنا مشاركتنا في الجولة الغنائية، وقد تشارك فيكتوريا لاحقاً”، موضحة أنه “سيكون من المؤسف عدم مشاركتها”.

وفي الأسبوع الماضي، كانت ميل ارتدت قناعاً لوجه فيكتوريا بيكهام وحملت لافتة كتب عليها “لن أشارك في الجولة الغنائية”، ورافقها صديق لها كان يضع قناعاً لديفيد بيكهام ويحمل لافتة مكتوب عليها “أرجوك، أرجوك شاركي في الجولة من أجل سبايس غيرلز”.

ولدى سؤال ميل عن رد فعل بيكهام أجابت “اعتقدت أن الأمر سيكون مضحكاً، إلا أنه في الوقت نفسه أكدت أن هناك علاقة حب وكراهية مع فيكتوريا”.

وقالت غيري بعد الإعلان عن موعد الجولة الغنائية “أنا متحمسة للغاية، فنحن نحتفل معاً بقوة اتحاد الفتيات مع معجبينا ونحن نرحب بالجميع”.

وكانت عضوات الفريق الخمسة نشرن صورة لهن في فبراير/شباط يؤكدن فيها العمل مجددا على مشاريع مستقبلية.

وكان آخر حفل غنائي ظهر فيه الفريق كاملاً خلال افتتاح الألعاب الأولمبية في لندن عام 2012.
