تحت عنوان (تحديات الثقافة والمثقف ومستقبل دورهما البنيوي والتربوي في العالم العربي) تنطلق فعاليات (مؤتمر القمة الثقافي العربي الأول) يوم الخميس 27 /12/2018 في قاعة فندق كورميك التركي – محافظة ميسان جمهورية العراق ولمدة (3) أيام وسيحضر في هذا المؤتمر التنويري قيادات في الأدب والفن والتسامح والسلام والتنمية البشرية وحقوق الطفل وتمكين المرأة وحقوق الإنسان والعمل التطوعي والاقتصاد واغلب التخصصات التي تسهم في بناء الإنسان وقال الأديب محمد رشيد: هنالك حوارات جادة ولقاءات مثمرة كانت مع شخصيات مهمة في الوطن العربي منها (الموسيقار نصير شمه / الروائية سعيدة بنت خاطر من سلطنة عمان / الفنانة هند كامل / النائبة د. ماجدة التميمي / الفنانة د. هديل كامل / النائب بهاء الدين النوري/د. سناء الشعلان من الأردن / الأستاذ علاء شلبي رئيس مجلس أمناء المنظمة العربية لحقوق الإنسان في القاهرة / د. إياد البرغوثي رئيس الشبكة العربية للتسامح من فلسطين /البروفيسور د. شيرزاد النجار / المخرج خالد يوسف / الفنان لطفي بوشناق/ المفكر د. عبد الحسين شعبان / الدكتور مظهر محمد صالح / د. حسن بيلاوي رئيس المجلس العربي للطفولة والتنمية في القاهرة / الأستاذ حسن بو هزاع رئيس جمعية الكلمة الطيبة من البحرين /الأستاذ عبد الرزاق المريسي أمين عام الاتحاد العربي للتطوع من اليمن/ الأستاذة زهراء باقر المدير الإقليمي في الشرق الأوسط لمبادرة ياسمين / النائب د. يوسف الغربي من المغرب / الاستاذة تميمة النيسر / الأستاذ ضرار الفلاسي مدير عام مؤسسة وطني من الإمارات والسيدة رجاء كموني والأستاذ فادي أبي علام رئيس حركة السلام من لبنان والكاتب جاسم المطير والبروفيسور د. تيسير الالوسي من هولندا و البروفيسور قاسم حسين صالح رئيس تجمع عقول) وغيرهم كثيرون يخططون من اجل يكون هذا المؤتمر نوعي في تشخيص المعوقات وتقديم الحلول للمثقف العربي . هذا ويذكر أن مؤتمر القمة الثقافي أقيم في محافظة ميسان ثلاث دورات للسنوات (2011/2016/2018) وكان مؤتمرا عراقيا وبعض توصيات المؤتمرين الثاني والثالث أكدت على إقامة (مؤتمر قمة ثقافي عرب) يهدف لإيجاد حلول للمثقف العربي إزاء التحديات التي واجهته منها (الحروب والحصار والتعصب والقتل على الهوية والأمية) ومن اجل أن يعيش في بيئة تحلم بالسلام … تؤمن بالتسامح …..تنعم بالمحبة … تهدف للتنمية.
