المغرب يعكف على تحديث البنية التحتية للبلاد

يدشن العاهل المغربي الملك محمد السادس بالرباط محطة قطار ضخمة، هي واحدة من ضمن ست محطات يجري تحديثها حاليا.

وكان الرئيس الفرنسي إيمانويل ماكرون والملك محمد السادس دشنا الخميس خط سكة الحديد فائق السرعة الذي يربط بين طنجة في الشمال والدار البيضاء في الغرب بطول 350 كلم.

ووصف هذا الخط بأنه “الأسرع في إفريقيا” ويربط بين المدينتين الأكثر حيوية في المغرب خلال ساعتين وعشر دقائق بدلا من أربع ساعات و45 دقيقة حاليا.

وأوضح مكتب السكك الحديد المغربية أن هذه المشاريع المتعلقة بتحديث خطوط السكك الحديد في المغرب “تشمل أيضا الانتهاء من تثنية (جعله خطين متوازيين بدلا من خط واحد) خط سكة الحديد بين الدار البيضاء ومراكش (جنوب)، ما سيمكن من ربح ساعة واحدة من زمن الرحلة بين المدينتين”.

وقال إن بدء الاستغلال التجاري للخط الفائق السرعة بين طنجة والدار البيضاء، وللمحطات الست الجديدة “سيتم تدريجيا قبل نهاية هذا الشهر”، معتبرا أن الخط فائق السرعة “بمثابة قاطرة لتحديث شامل لخدمات النقل عبر السكك الحديد في المغرب، ولم يأت على حساب شبكة السكك التقليدية”.

ويتوقع المكتب الوطني للسكك الحديد أن يستقل هذا القطار، الذي سمي “البراق”، ستة ملايين مسافر في أفق ثلاث سنوات.

وبلغت كلفة المشروع الذي مولته فرنسا بنسبة 50% عبر قروض مختلفة، حوالى 23 مليار درهم (مليارا يورو) ما يزيد بنحو 15% عن التقديرات الأساسية، لكنه أدنى بكثير من متوسط التكاليف الأوروبية، بحسب وزارة النقل المغربية.وأنفق المغرب ما مجموعه 70 مليار درهم (حوالى 6,5 مليار يورو) في السنوات الأخيرة على تحديث بنيته التحتية للسكك الحديد، وخصص ثلث هذه الاستثمارات لمشروع الخط فائق السرعة بحسب أرقام رسمية.
