قضت محكمة إيرانية بالسجن لأكثر من 12 عاما على الصحافية والناشطة الحقوقية هينغامه شهيدي بتهم غير محددة، كما ذكرت وكالة الأنباء الرسمية “إرنا” السبت.
وأبلغ محاميها مصطفى ترك حميداني الوكالة “بالنظر إلى سرية المداولات والطبيعة الأمنية للقضية لا يمكنني الإفصاح عن تفاصيل حكم المحكمة”.
لكنه أوضح أن موكلته حكم عليها بالسجن 12 عاما و9 أشهر، بالإضافة إلى فرض حظر على انضمامها لجماعات سياسية وممارسة أنشطة إعلامية أو إلكترونية ومغادرة البلاد.
وكانت شهيدي مستشارة لشؤون المرأة للمرشح الرئاسي الإصلاحي مهدي كروبي خلال الانتخابات الرئاسية المثيرة للجدل في العام 2009، ومعارضة شرسة للقضاء بسبب سجن الصحافيين والنشطاء.
وأوقفت شهيدي في 30 حزيران/يونيو 2009، وحكم عليها بالسجن ثلاث سنوات لإدانتها بتهم “المشاركة في تجمعات غير قانونية” و”العمل ضد الأمن الوطني”.
وفي العام 2017، أوقفت مجددا لعدة أشهر واتهمت بالعمل لصالح وسائل إعلام أجنبية.
وكتبت شهيدي كلمة وصفت فيها التهم ضدها بأنها “أكاذيب لا أساس لها”، وانتقدت السياسيين الإصلاحيين لعجزهم عن دعم المعارضين.
وفي أيار/مايو الفائت، نشرت على حسابها على “تويتر” خطابا يستدعيها لجلسة المحاكمة، اتهمت بموجبه بـ “إهانة القضاء”.
وحين اعتقلت في حزيران/يونيو، قال المدعي العام عباس جعفری دولت آبادی “نرى أن شهيدي توجه إهانات صارخة يوميا ضد القضاء ومسؤوليه عبر نشر تغريدات إجرامية للغاية”، حسب ما نقلت عنه وكالة أنباء “إسنا” شبه الرسمية.
