تقرير: البنوك الكويتية الأقل تأثرا خليجيا بتبعات خفض الفائدة الأميركية…أرباح المصارف السعودية الأكثر حساسية بـ 2.9%

علاقة تاريخية تربط أسعار الفائدة وصرف العملات في دول الخليج مع الاقتصاد الأميركي، ومع تزايد احتمالات خفض الفيدرالي الأميركي لأسعار الفائدة وهو ما سيتبعه خفض البنوك المركزية الخليجية لأسعار الفائدة، ألقى تقرير صادر عن أبحاث “ارقام كابيتال” الضوء على التأثيرات المتوقعة على أرباح وايرادات الفوائد والهوامش والاسعار المستهدفة لأسهم البنوك الخليجية المدرجة في بورصاتها.

وتشير تقديرات التقرير إلى أن التأثير سيكون سلبيا على ايرادات وأرباح غالبية البنوك، إلا أن البنوك الكويتية وكعادتها جاءت كأقل البنوك تأثرا فيما يرجع إلى عدم الارتباط الكلي بين أسعار الفائدة على الدينار الكويتي وقرارات الفيدرالي الأميركي، وهو الاستثناء الوحيد في الدول الخليجية إضافة إلى ما تتمتع به البنوك من جودة أصول وتنوع في مصادر الدخل.

وتوقع التقرير أن تشهد تقديرات الأسعار المستهدفة لأسهم البنوك الكويتية تراجعا بنسبة 8% في حالة خفض الفيدرالي الأميركي الفائدة بـ 0.25% أو ما يعادل 25 نقطة أساس.

وأشار التقرير إلى ان توقعات ارباح البنوك الخليجية تتعرض للانخفاض في حالة خفض الفيدرالي الأميركي للفائدة بـ 25 نقطة أساس نتيجة لانخفاض ايرادات الفوائد التي تعتمد عليها بنسبة تفوق 90% من اجمالي ايراداتها بالاضافة الى تراجع تكلفة الايداع في المقابل بالقياس إلى نسبة الأصول الى الالتزامات لدى كل البنوك الخليجية فيما لم تعلن البنوك الكويتية عن معيار ALM وهو ما جعلها خارج قائمة توقعات انخفاض الارباح.

وجاءت البنوك السعودية كأكثر البنوك حساسية حيث يتوقع ان تنخفض ارباحها في المتوسط بقرابة 2.9% فيما يصل التراجع في الارباح الى ما بين 1- 2% لكل من البنوك القطرية والاماراتية.

أكد التقرير ان احتمالات خفض الفيدرالي الأميركي للفائدة بات وشيكا ويتصاعد بشكل متسارع حيث تصل نسبة التوقعـات بخفض الفائدة في اجتماع الفيدرالي في اكتوبـر المقبل الى 66.1% بينما تزداد لتصل إلى 82% باجتماع نهاية 2019 فيما ترتفــع نسبة توقعات خفض الفاـدة بربع نقطة مئوية في اجتماع يناير 2020 لتصل الى 87.7%.

واشار التقرير الى ان توقعات اسعار النفط خلال الفتــرة المقبلــة وفـي حالــة تراوحهــا فــي المتوسـط حول 70 دولارا للبرميل فإن البنوك الخليجية سوف تتأثر على صعيد الارباح والهوامش والعائد على حقوق المساهمين وتبقى البنوك الكويتية والقطرية الاقل تأثرا.

توقع التقرير أن يتأثر العائد على حقوق المساهمين للقطاع المصرفي الكويتي بانخفاض يتراوح بين 0.4 و 0.8% وهو من بين أقل معدلات التراجع المتوقعة مقارنة بباقي البنوك الخليجية والتي تصدرتها البنوك السعودية والتي يتوقع ان ينخفض متوسط العائد على حقوق مساهميها بما يتراوح بين 0.7 و1.6%.

وفيما يخص البنوك الكويتية بالتفصيل جاء بنك التجاري كأفضل البنوك واقلها تأثرا بانخفاض يصل الى 0.4% فقط، بينما كان اكثر البنوك الكويتية تأثرا بانخفاض في العائد على حقوق المساهمين بنسبة تصل الى 0.8% كل من بيت التمويل الكويتي وبوبيان فيما يتأثر العائد على حقوق مساهمي KIB والمتحد بانخفاض بنصف نقطة مئوية وبرقان بـ 0.6% أما بنكا الوطني والخليج فبانخفاض بنسبة 0.7%

يذكر ان ارباح البنوك الكويتية قفزت بنسبة 7.3% في العام الربع الاول من العام الحالي (الثلاثة اشهر) لتصل الى 246 مليون دينار بالمقارنة مع 229 مليون دينار حققتها البنوك العشرة خلال نفس الفترة من العام المقارن.

واستحوذت البنوك التقليدية على 61.7% من ارباح القطاع بـ 151.7 مليون دينار بنمو سنوي 4.7% فيما استحوذت البنوك الاسلامية على 38.3% من ارباح القطاع بـ 93.8 مليون دينار ونمو سنوي 11.7%.
