إسبانيا وبوليفيا تتبادلان طرد الدبلوماسيين

قررت الحكومة الإسبانية اعتبار ثلاثة ديبلوماسيين بوليفيين “أشخاصاً غير مرغوب بهم” مع تصاعد الخلاف الديبلوماسي بين مدريد ولاباز (العاصمة الفعلية) التي كانت مستعمرة إسبانية سابقة. وجاءت هذه الخطوة بعدما أعلنت رئيسة بوليفيا بالوكالة جانين آنييز، في وقت سابق من اليوم الإثنين طرد سفيرة المكسيك ودبلوماسييْن إسبانيين.

وكانت آنييز أعلنت أنّ “سفيرة المكسيك في بوليفيا ماريا تيريزا ميركادو والقائمة بالأعمال الإسبانية كريستينا بوريغويرو، والقنصل الإسباني الفارو فيرنانديز، أشخاصاً غير مرغوب فيهم”. وردّاً على ذلك أمهلت حكومة الاشتراكي بيدرو سانشيز في مدريد الدبلوماسيين البوليفيين الثلاثة 72 ساعة لمغادرة البلاد.

وقالت الحكومة في بيان “ردّاً على بادرة عدائية من الحكومة البوليفية الإنتقالية بإعلان ديبلوماسيين إسبانيين شخصين غير مرغوب بهما، قررت إسبانيا بدورها اعتبار ثلاثة أعضاء من السلك الدبلوماسي والقنصلي البوليفي المعتمدين في بلادنا أشخاصاً غير مرغوب بهم”.

تتهم بوليفيا موظفي السفارة الإسبانية بمحاولة الدخول خلسة وبشكل سري الى الممثلية الديبلوماسية المكسيكية في لاباز، مع مجموعة من الرجال الملثمين، بهدف إخراج مساعد سابق للرئيس السابق إيفو موراليس، وهو مطلوب لدى السلطات.

ونفت مدريد الاتهام الذي توجهه السلطات البوليفة إليها. وأصبحت السفارة المكسيكية في لاباز محور خلاف ديبلوماسي بعد لجوء نحو تسعة من وزراء موراليس السابقين إليها.

ويُتهم موراليس الذي استقال في تشرين الثاني بعد أسابيع من الإحتجاجات بسبب إعادة انتخابه المثيرة للجدل، بنشر الفتنة والإرهاب، ويعيش في منفاه في الأرجنتين.
