أفراد من شرطة الكابيتول يقاضون ترامب بشأن هجوم 6 يناير

رفع سبعة أفراد من شرطة مقر الكونغرس الأميركي دعوى قضائية ضد الرئيس السابق، دونالد ترامب، وجماعات يمينية متطرفة، الخميس، متهمين إياهم بالمسؤولية المباشرة عن هجوم 6 يناير على مبنى الكابيتول.

وتقدمت بالدعوى أمام محكمة واشنطن “لجنة المحامين من أجل الحقوق المدنية” ممثلة سبعة من أفراد شرطة الكابيتول الذين واجهوا أنصار ترامب في مبنى الكابيتول.
وادعى أفراد الشرطة على ترامب وحملته الانتخابية وشريكه روجر ستون والجماعات اليمينية المتطرفة “براود بويز” و”أوث كيبرز” و”ثري بيرسنترز”.
وتقول الدعوى إن هؤلاء شاركوا في “عمل غير قانوني لاستخدام القوة والترهيب والتهديد لمنع الكونغرس من المصادقة على نتائج الانتخابات الرئاسية لعام 2020”.
وجاء في الدعوى أيضا أنه “بسبب أفعال المتهمين غير القانونية، كان المدعون عرضة لاعتداءات العنيفة والبصق عليهم والغاز المسيل للدموع والشتائم والنعوت العنصرية وأجبروا أن يكونوا في وضع الخائفين على حياتهم”.
وخمسة من رجال الشرطة الذين رفعوا الدعوى هم من السود. وقال دايمن هيويت رئيس لجنة المحامين إن هجوم 6 يناير “كان محاولة سافرة لخنق أصوات ملايين الأميركيين، وخصوصا الناخبين السود”.
واستهدف ترامب بدعاوى قضائية أخرى رفعها نواب ديموقراطيون بشأن اعتداء الكابيتول، كما فتحت لجنة مختارة من مجلس النواب تحقيقا في الاعتداء.
وطلبت اللجنة، الأربعاء، من الأرشيف الوطني وسبع وكالات حكومية سجلات تتعلق بالاعتداء، بينها اتصالات ترامب وأفراد عائلته وكبار مساعديه وعشرات من الأعضاء السابقين في إدارته.
ولا يزال ترامب يرفض الاعتراف بهزيمته أمام بايدن ويواصل تقديم مزاعم لا أساس لها بأنه الفائز في الانتخابات.
وجرت محاكمة ترامب في مجلس النواب الأميركي الذي يسيطر عليه الديموقراطيون في يناير الماضي بتهمة التحريض على التمرد، لكن مجلس الشيوخ برأه.
