جريمة قتل بشعة هزت الشارع الأردني… حدث يقتل والدته ب 30 طعنة في عمان

في جريمة قتل بشعة، هزت الشارع الأردني، لقيت أم اربعينية حتفها عندما فاجأها ابنها الحدث البالغ من العمر 14 عاما بطعنات قاتلة قدرت بحوالي 30 طعنة، الاثنين في منطقة ماركا، بالعاصمة عمان.

وعثر على السيدة متوفاة داخل منزلها ومضرجة بالدماء وفق ما افاد به مصدر مقرب من التحقيق.

وقال ذات المصدر إن الحدث القاتل جرى القاء القبض عليه وسيتم احالته الى مدعي عام الاحداث المختص بالتحقيق.

وأشار المصدر الى ان مدعي عام الجنايات الكبرى القاضي صلاح الطالب، أشرف على تشريح الجثة في المركز الوطني للطب الشرعي وأمر بتشكيل لجنة برئاسة مدير المركز الدكتور عدنان عباس والطبيبين الشرعيين عمر الخطيب وشروق السبايلة.

ولفت الى ان الجثة مصابة بعدة جروح طعنية قدرت بحوالي 30 طعنة في منطقة الرقبة والصدر استخدم فيها القاتل سكين المطبخ، حيث جرى تسليم الجثة الى عائلتها تمهيدا لدفنها.

وأكد ذات المصدر أن التحقيق في القضية ما يزال جاريا مشيرا الى ان سبب الجريمة غير واضح، الا انه يقع ضمن العنف المنزلي غير المبرر.

ويشار الى ان المادة 10 من قانون الاحداث المعدل يحظر نشر اسم وصورة الحدث، الذي يحتاج للحماية والرعاية ويخضع للمحاكمة، ونشر وقائع المحاكمة، أو ملخصها بأي وسيلة كانت، ويعاقب كل من يخالف ذلك بالحبس مدة لا تتجاوز ثلاثين يوما أو بغرامة لا تتجاوز مائة دينار او بكلتا هاتين العقوبتين، ويمكن نشر الحكم بدون الاشارة لاسم الحدث المحتاج للحماية والرعاية او لقبه.
