خسائر تفوق 400 مليار دولار وملايين المهجرين والنازحين بعد 8 سنوات من الحرب في سوريا

تحت عنوان “بعد ثماني سنوات من الحرب”، نشرت لجنة الأمم المتحدة “الإسكوا” وجامعة “سانت أندروز” تقريراً عن الخسائر الاقتصادية الفادحة التي تكبدتها سوريا والتي تجاوزت 442 مليار دولار أميركي، بنهاية العام الثامن من الأزمة الدائرة في البلاد.

 

وكشفت التقرير أنّ الفترة الممتدة من 2011 حتى 2019، أسفرت عن خسائر اقتصادية تفوق 442 مليار دولار أميركي، وتهجير 5.6 مليون شخص على الأقل، فضلاً عن نزوح داخلي لـ 6.5 مليون مواطناً، وانعدام الأمن الغذائي وحاجة 11.7 مليون شخص إلى نوع من أنواع المساعدة الإنسانية.

 

وبحسب التقرير، تسرب ثلاثة ملايين طفل سوري من مدارسهم  في العام الدراسي 2017/2018، وخفّضت مرتبة سوريا من مجموعة البلدان ذات التنمية البشرية المتوسطة إلى مجموعة البلدان ذات التنمية البشرية المنخفضة.

 

وأوضح  أنّ 82 بالمائة من الأضرار الناجمة عن الحرب تمحورت حول قطاعات أساسية أبرزها الإسكان، النقل، الأمن، الصناعة التحويلية، الكهرباء، والصحة.

 

كما أنّ أضرار رأس المال المادي بلغت 117.7 مليار دولار، ووصلت خسائر الناتج المحلي الإجمالي إلى 324.5 مليار دولار.

 

وأشار  إلى أنّ الناتج المحلي الإجمالي الحقيقي فقد، بحلول نهاية عام 2018، ما نسبته 54% من المستوى الذي كان عليه في عام 2010.

 

وانخفضت الصادرات من 8.7 مليار دولار أميركي عام 2010 إلى 0.7 عام 2018، وذلك نتيجة تعطل لسلاسل الإنتاج والتجارة بسبب الأضرار التي لحقت بالبنى الأساسية، والعقوبات الاقتصادية الدولية، فضلاً عن هروب رأس المال المالي والبشري إلى الخارج، بحسب التقرير أيضاً.
