«أبل»: مشكلات في بعض هواتف آيفون 10 وأجهزة ماك بوك

أعلنت شركة أبل أنها رصدت بعض المشكلات في بعض الهواتف من طراز أيفون 10 والكمبيوتر المحمول ماك بوك برو 13 بوصة.
وقالت إن الشركة ستقوم بإصلاح هذه المشكلات مجاناً.

واوضحت أبل أول من أمس إن شاشات عرض آيفون 10 الذي طرحته في 2017 قد تعاني من بعض المشكلات في اللمس بسبب عطل في أحد المكونات. وأضافت أنها ستستبدل هذه الأجزاء مجاناً.

وقالت إنه بالنسبة للكمبيوتر المحمول طراز ماك بوك برو 13 بوصة فإن المشكلة قد تسفر عن فقدان بيانات وحدوث مشكلة في قرص التخزين، مؤكدة انها ستصلح هذه الأقراص التي يوجد بها مشكلات.

وذكرت أبل على موقعها الإلكتروني إن عدداً محدوداً فقط من أجهزة الكمبيوتر المحمول ماك بوك برو 13 بوصة سعة تخزين 128 غيغا و256 غيغا التي تم بيعها في الفترة ما بين شهر يونيو 2017 ويونيو 2018 هي التي يوجد بها هذه المشكلة.
